Valerie was SUPERB! Friendly and very easy to work with - the whole vibe was great in the store and I commend Ray the Manager for such a great environment for customers and employees alike. We the public are hard to work with at times but you all handled everyone that came through the doors like professionals with so much patience! Not easy now a days! Appreciate you making my time in your store a pleasant experience!

I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years and every time I come to this place the people who work here have a terrible attitude i come in here here to purchase a new phone I waited until one of the associates were available when one was available I approached and tried to say the reason of why I was there, she said hold on she left and never came back, very disappointed I feel that they don't have the willingness to help the people giving them a good service, they may apologize for my review but what they should do is to train their people to better their service to the customers

Very rude customer service over the phone. I was trying to ask some questions about their app and my bill but the lady who helped (her idea of helping) me out kept cutting me off before I could speak or finish. Most of my questions weren't answered I then ask for the customer support number and she said that I could find it on the app, when I asked for her name she then proceeded to disregard me and act nonchalant saying “bye have a great day” when I tried calling back they refused to answer my calls until the 3rd call another lady answers with a worse attitude off the bat and asks “what?!”. I’m sorry aren’t call’s record for quality and Insurance so what the heck T-Mobile you guys gotta check your staff.If you can’t take the pressure and stress of customer service don’t work it. I understand we never know how’s someone’s day is going but does not give you the rite to treat people like a door mat.I called January 1 of 2024 at 1:30pm and again when they answered me rudely 1:37pm

Very Great service if you stop by this store ask for Valerie she is very kind and helpful with such great energy.. she greeted me and gave me her undivided attention which made the visit quick and easy this isn't my regular store but it is now Valerie if your reading this Thank you for your Amazing customer care

I stopped by to purchase a new phone. Valerie was so quick to assist me and give me knowledge about the phone. Valerie made everything seamless. I was in and out of the store.

Went in to get assistance upgrading a phone. Extemely helpful staff, knowledgeable about available deals and set my phone up so it was ready to go by the time I walked out. Can get busy at this location but worth the wait.

This place has the worst customer service ever they're understaffed they don't greet you when you walk in the door they just ignore you and the kids working here are inexperienced whoever is running this store needs to really look at the reviews and make changes because it's just giving T-Mobile a bad rap.. now the store in La Habra has better customer service, the staff is more experienced , and they go above and beyond to attend to your needs and questions.
