I loved Maria, I have been coming since 2019 after carefully researching all the local tax preparers around me and decided that she was the best one. I scheduled an appointment to see her on a Saturday before the tax deadline
My family and I has enjoyed her tax preparation services but this year we were pushed on to another tax preparer.
I primarily wanted to have my taxes be done by Maria and not another tax preparer in the lobby of her business. My personal information was being said out loud in the lobby while they were other people waiting and I did not appreciate that. I spoke to her about my concern about not seeing her, and she had mentioned to me that since it was last minute there's nothing she can do. I thought I had an appointment with her, but unfortunately I was not told that I would not see her. After she told me this, she went ahead and saw another client immediately.

I called Maria in the search for some last minute help with my business taxes, and while she could not help with my specific situation she graciously provided me with some immediate advice on how to proceed on my own. This was a clear reflection of both her personal values and business acumen and I would recommend her to anyone in search of a tax professional.

Best experience I’ve ever had with taxes. Maria is absolutely great and very knowledgeable about what I needed as far as documents for my career and the guy at the front desk, I think his name was Daniel, entered all my information and processed it fast. I will definitely go back next year!

Maria is professional, knowledgeable, no nonsense and quick. The staff was so nice and polite. After going to our previous tax preparer for 20 years and coming out of there like we got our butts kicked this was a refreshing change. She explained things to us that we did not know and made some suggestions that would aid us in the years to come. I usually get anxious having to do our taxes but this was a great experience even though we owe.

Maria & her staff are amazing! They are professional & polite. Customer service is key & they are the best. 5 years ago I heard about Maria & her services & thought I would give it a try; long story short, I never left & do not plan to go anytime soon. She is always up to date & is a delight to meet in person.

Tax Season is approaching, and I highly encourage everyone to try Solutions 4 U! It was an absolute pleasure having Maria complete my Taxes this year. Maria is an experienced professional who is honest, effective and truly cares for her customers. The best part of my experience was the easy process which lasted 30-40 Minutes. Maria gave me a same day appointment along with a list of items to bring. The price is based on forms filled out during the tax process. I had some questions about filing taxes for my mom that passed away. I called several tax service companies and no one would really give me more than "sorry, we're booked" before saying goodbye. My final call was to Solutions 4 U and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly or helpful reception. The great experience started when the receptionist answered the phone. After explaining a bit of my concerns - yes, she actually listened unlike the other places - I was asked to wait on hold and then Maria picked up. Maria first expressed her condolences and then she listened to the questions I had and gave me the advice I was looking for. I appreciate very much the time she took with me and feel that should you contact her you will receive top notch service from a professional that cares!
