I wish I can give more stars but the fact that I had to go back again after picking up my laptop from being "fixed". The picture of my laptop after they supposedly fixed the screen. Not only that but customer service needs to improve they done greet you until they get up from their chairs and they give no explanation what's the issue with your items u Tim you ask them. If you don't ask they will not tell you. Definitely not going back with my items sorry.

Quick and friendly service. They assess your computer issue and give you options to best resolve your computing problem.Macbooks are not easy to fix.Finding replacement parts takes some research and resources to complete the repair.They are well experienced with all makes of laptops, desktops, phones, and especially my macbook.They demonstrated a carefully skilled technical hand to replace and diagnose my display issue.Their calm and reassuring manner gave me peace-of-mind!Thank you Luciano and Eric!Jim

The 1st experience waited for a call back that didn't come. The 2nd i did get my phone fixed in a timely manor, same day, everything went well. The 3rd visit they messed up. They broke my son's volume button, after repairing the screen on his phone, told me the part would be there in a week, one and a half still waiting, my son's phone would not work a few days after they repaired it, even though function is under 30 day warranty, they say it's not their fault. My son had to buy a new phone. I Do Not Recommend this place. Taking a chance i don't want to take again. Cost is way too much in the end.

I know they have many other orders in place so I appreciate that they were able to clean and re-thermal paste my ps4 pro glacier white edition in a timely manner. It used to sound like a fighter jet spoiling up, now I'm lucky if I hear it get anywhere close to it. They did a great job so far, hope to see the're work hold up. ?

This is the worst repair place possible. Their team is out of sync, they make you wait for hours and then they don't even have the decency to apologize. I really don't recommend.

I've been to a good number of computer repair shops before, it's definitely worth saying that this place is the best one I've been to yet. I say best because it's not just a very very well priced shop, nor just cuz of the outstanding customer service (took the time to answer my thousands of questions), they also had the quickest return times, the longest hours open, and just appeared to have a very strong work ethic, never for a second stopped working everything I been there

Customer service communication training is much needed here.Guy on the phone conveyed a tone of annoyance and irritation, almost as if he was dreading to have to answer the phone for customers.Take your business elsewhere if you want good customer service.I just wanted a hardware diagnosis.
