I have enjoyed the costumer service the first time around that I had to continue to shop at this Skechers for all my occasions. I just recently went back to purchase shoes for my mothers birthday and received excellent costumer service from Kristen. She has such a loving smile and was so willing to help me choose the correct shoe for my mom. Will continue to shop at this Skechers.

Prices are ridiculous I'll keep on going to Marshalls and TJ Maxx for shoes even when they say you get 50% off they're still expensive

Great place for shoes. My mom loves the Skechers brand and so when we found out a closer location was available, well we headed straight over to check it out. My mother bought a pair of the new slip on shoes . She loves them. I left my brand new iphone 14 there. And when I called the women there said they had it. Easy pick up. I know some places would have stolen the phone. Will always come back to this location. Finding good people has gotten harder as of late. Nice friendly service

Very rude guy answer the phone treated me very rude unprofessional and acted like he knew nothing about the store acted like he did not want to answer my questions do not recommend

Visited the store today and was treated with most respectful and helpful hospitality by Jennifer and Laurie. Whoever trained them did a good job but then again you can't buy hood hospitality these days! keep up the good work. God bless you guys

I needed work boot shoe laces. They didn't have any. If it's a shoe store you would think they have a verity of shoe products.

The tennis shoes were a birthday gift, but the wrong size. I went to swap them for the right size. The cashier had a customer so I told her I left the shoes on the cashier counter. She pointed to the location to get the correct style. She didn't have any left. She said I could return them and drive to Hawaii Gardens to get the correct size. I asked her if they could just ship them to this location. She asked her male coworker (supervisor) for help he didn't have time to help her. She asked her female coworker (supervisor) she acted like she didn't have time to help either. I won't be returning to this location. I have about eight pairs of Skechers at home. I've purchased from Fullerton and two other locations. They have better customer service from my past experiences.
