Never leave reviews but you guys haven't sent my package from December 11. Someone went to your store today claiming my order for me and you guys tell her I was supposed to pick up at the store? When I was charged a shipping fee of $7 the day I purchased my dress. My money was taken out of my card December 11 and you barely today February 5 , 2 months later made a shipping label for my order AFTER we complain in store?? Why lie about me having to go and pick up? I've sent 2 emails and a DM and called your store and no one answers. If you see that you have an order that's been sitting for 2 months and if you say it was supposed to be picked up wouldn't you give a courtesy call? Or an email?I've seen it's not the first time you guys do this either. Be careful buying online.

The owner of this store knows a thing or two about high quality fashion at very reasonable prices! The beauty of the store gives you a very Melrose Place kind of vibe and the surrounding restaurants and activity makes you feel at home! Great clothes, great prices and great customer service!

Tons of cute clothes! Good prices! The owner is so sweet and welcoming. She puts in so much work on her business and it does not go unnoticed! Check out her website for all the goodies. This place ain't it. This is not quality. Reminds me of the clothing options available for teens in the 90s. Cheap materials. Fees like they'll fall apart with one wash. Granted the prices are fine but it's just fast fashion. Nothing spectacular about what they offer.

I ordered my clothes over a MONTH ago and have yet to receive my orde, there’s also absolutely zero shipping details. Even after several attempts of calling and emailing I haven’t received any help from staff. Horrible horrible. On top of that they never restock their items. Very very disappointing.

This is for west Adam's store! I literally stumbled into this shop -- I was helping my friend look for his missing cat-- and WOW! Stunning collection of modern and vintage pieces. Hand picked and curated. There's a table of butterfly theme jewelry and I found a beautiful bracelet. So,didn't find the cat, but scored a cute bracelet.

I spent over $60 on mask and Never received my order, I’ve sent over 10 emails and text since April with no response on an update. Unfortunately I waited to long to dispute with my bank.

Ordered a pink mask for my sister who is a cancer survivor & it was so small that I don’t even think it would fit a toddler. I also ordered a black mask for my husband & it was also too small. He had to choose whether to cover his nose or cover his chin.This was my second order...the first order was great but the second order were poorly made. I can’t reach them... I really needed some good mask for my husband who has health issues & my sister who is breast cancer survivor...I’m upset & very disappointed. I hear of the shop on T.V. so Ithought paying a little extra would be worth it...!
