The nastiest, dirtiest, shadiest and unsafest gas station in Whittier and possibly most of Los Angeles. Just to put thing in perspective, the owners of this dump put up fake prices for their gas and got busted by the city.

The worst gas station I have visited. I was pumping the gas and the pump just said pump stopped. I told the cashier and he wanted me to enter my rewards number again but I lost me rewards. He said he couldn't do anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a works car wash of $11 which is the most expensive one they have. I barely got any soap on the pre-soak and none of the special colorful waxes were dispensed. DON’T waste your money on the car wash!

Worst service! I hope corporate sees how bad this place is along with the poor customer service. DONT BUY THE CARWASH!! It spits water (no soap, no wax..nothing) the air only blows on one side. When brought to their attention it become an argument...

Shell is very good gasoline, I recommend it, my people, it is better than others. You feel the power of your car when you put the gas on. Try it and you will see that what I am telling you is true.

Tried to come here for the first time today. Unfortunately, I will never be back. The pump that I pulled up to had a blank piece of paper taped on it. I thought, okay.. There was an orange cone, but it wasn't directly in front of the pump, so I didn't really notice it. I put in my card, chose the 87 gas, and went to pump. Surprise- there's literally no nozzle on the gas pump! So I was charged $0.62 for nothing. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go inside and bother telling the person in there, so I just left, with no gas. Later on, I tried to call them to tell them that their little sign had been washed away by all the rain we had yesterday, and it's literally just a blank piece of paper taped on there. I am sure I won't be the only one to make this mistake. The cherry on top is that the phone number listed for this Shell is disconnected. So, yeah. Pretty bad business conduction here.

Scam alert!!!! The car wash doesn't work and they charge you as if it does. And then they won't refund you!! The "worker" won't give you the owners name or a number to get a hold of him.. just if bunch of BS!!! What was I thinking??? If they can't even afford number "5" to put in the sign for gas prices (it's a #2 upside down) instead of a five lol they aren't going to fix the car wash.. do yourself a favor do not go here.. bunch of crooks and shady af!!!

I doubt anyone checks reviews for gas stations before going to them, I know I never did. But I feel the need to write this as a heads up to anyone who might, & to document another shady transaction, as others have done at this same spot. The gas station has signs everywhere that advertise 20 cents off each gallon w/purchase of car wash. With a dirty car and an empty tank, I was happy to get that deal. I used my debit card to pay, and the older man at the register gave me a miniature hang air freshener with my receipt. When I went back to my car, I saw that the price at the pump still had the original price per gallon. Not wanting to start before I knew I was getting the right price, I walked back and told the cashier. He replied, "You didn't get the discount because I gave you the air freshener." What? I didn't ask for the tiny air freshener, He gave me the discounted rate after I gave it back to him, but it immediately made me start wondering what the scam was since I paid with a debit card. I feel like it's there somewhere. It was such a weird, shady thing and I felt uncomfortable that I had given my debit card number. After I got gas, I pulled into the car wash. Wow. It's the saddest, sparsest car wash in the world. And of course it wasn't working. I had to go get the dodgy man to do something about it. He assumed I was stupid and just didn't know how to input a numeric code, and he explained how to push buttons. I told him I did exactly that, so he then had to go show me how to do it. He walked over and punched in the code, and...nothing. Of course. He then had to go into the car wash and get on a ladder and push different buttons. It finally worked, sort of. Very brief car wash, and the drying seemed to only last a few seconds. All in all, I would avoid this gas station like the plague. I even called Shell that day because I felt so uncomfortable with the exchange and having my name and debit card number cross that guy's eyes. Since that time, I always, always make sure I have enough cash to get anything from any gas station. It's usually cheaper that way, so it works out.

Do not try to use Ralphs/Food for Less fuel points here. Nader rips you off. Posted sign was $5.59 gal (5.39 with car wash). I used ralphs fuel points and it said .30 cents per gal off. As I pumped gas, pump read $5.39, not $5.29. I went back inside and did not receive adjustment. I reported to both Ralph's corporate and Shell Corp. Watch the pump and your recent! This is fraud!

Won 75 bucks in a scratcher (not bought there) went to cash it in, he scans the card but doesn't have enough money to pay me. He asks if I can come back in an hour. Bull. Went there last night to buy a lighter, first off they charge me $2.25! Then when I try to use it anhour later I find it doesn't even work! Not gonna bother to try to get a new one or get my money back, these guys are
