Thanks to Amazon no longer making it easy for Prime Members to return stuff at UPS store, I had to trek down to Kohl's in order to do what UPS store used to do. Even I was just a bit pissed off about internet companies changing rules everyday in the name of cost cutting and no longer focusing on customer experience, I was surprised that I did rather enjoy this detour. Never realized there were so many stores in Whittier with empty parking lots in the height of Christmas season. Retail brick and mortar stores shall become relics of an era gone by, we should just let them die gracefully instead of desperately clinching to the tiny chance it'll be okay.

I frequent this store often. I find it to be a pleasant shop experience overall. The regular employee staff are patient and helpful at registers, both with purchases and returns. The Sephora staff has been satisfactory. This is also my preferred Amazon return store and contrary to prior comments, the staff working Amazon returns are attentive and quick with the process. The store is orderly and neat, and bathrooms are kept clean. Parking access is good. I'm quite the observer, and the above is my honest feedback. Happy Holidays!

Employees working Amazon returns are very rude and impatient. Talking loudly and making fun of customers. I returned a item received the confirmation receipt and item was never processed as being returned. I don't know what happened to that item once it was handed to employee. Very unprofessional. I am giving them a five for one reason. I was in retail for 40+ years. I know what I see. The management team (maybe a corporate idea) moves the Amazon kiosk. Or most people call it a table. They move the returns location all over the stores. So you walk to the location it was two weeks ago and it's not there anymore. It's not on the bottom floor to the right now it's on the top floor to the left so you walk through the whole store to get to Amazon. Great retail. The store was too clean and organized. That is a sign of not many customers. They still have high prices. The suckers customers into sales. Same thing big 5 does. You can often get things cheaper other places. Pricing is still a 3.

I can in here today and asked for assistance to be matched to my correct skin color foundation. I was appalled when I went to the front and asked for help and one of the employees couldn’t find the brushes and the manager lashed out on the employee right in front of everyone at the store. If I was that employee I would’ve reported that incident for being unprofessional and rude. And as a customer, I was furious and almost left. Thankfully, I composed myself and accepted the help from the employee (who had only been there at the store for only a month).I hope that corporate sees my review and does a thorough investigation on the blonde manager working at that location. These types of people should not be in managerial positions if they are not going to know how to run and manage a store correctly.DO BETTER SEPHORA ???

Kohl's staff Whittier gets a big thumbs up! They were very attentive and knowledgable about product lines offering various price and feature options along with the option to make an independent choice no high sales pressure just assistance aimed at providing customer product satisfaction results. I look forward to going back.

It's 11:00 am a week before school starts for kids and with all their craptacular sales, it's packed with one dressing room open in the whole store. There is no personnel on the second floor and it looks like turbado hit. No wonder this store is filing for bankruptcy.

Worse location. I was there for a pick up that was not available at my usual stores Cerritos or Downey . I did a little shopping after my pick up and was able to find about 7 really good deals in clearance. When I was ready to pay the staff let me know that all items where not label correctly and she made a comment "sometimes people put another tag on top ". I was so mad and I ask to speak to a manager and she did nothing. I was so upset I left all the items and even returned my pick up. What an idiot! . I far as I am concern they can check the cameras.. I will never be back to the store and I will call the corporation. No one has the right to insinuated you are doing anything wrong without any proof, just because!! Again what an idiot!

Specifically the Amazon drop off location. Those men and women are always hustling and always so patient and helpful with me. I shop at kohl's after my Amazon return just because of my pleasant experience.
