I mistakenly thought a truck belong to a family member who passed suddenly was stolen. There was confusion over the ownership ( he had lots of cars) , corporate went above and beyond to help us with details on ownership and to our relief found out it was picked up by the owner.”
“Bob is the main person there and sits at the front desk when he's on site. He's always extremely friendly and helpful. For a family owned business, their prices are better than nearby competitors and it is in a VERY VERY secured area. There is also A/C for the storage unit which is a huge plus! If they have a vacancy, I highly recommend renting one if you live in the Whittier and surrounding cities.”

I had my car trailer attached for the first time, they explained me everything and they found out also a problem with a mixed wrong wire from the cable, they solved with a trick and adaptor and allowed me to go out for the journey. “Wonderful Service provided by Jazs. We have been across the street for years in another storage facility. Rent keeps going up for a unit. Now over $7,000 a year. I called about a dozen storage companies in the area. Jazs was the only one that actually was willing to not only give me time for my questions, but she also provided additional information. And she was the only one who offered me the opportunity to come in, see the facility and where our unit was located. That was helpful. The unit was a little smaller, but less than 1/2 the price of across the street. I signed up on the spot. Give them a call and I hope your experience is as good as mine.”
