Great People, Bad work. Almost ruined my C6 Vette. Welds looked like Herpes.
Had a Corsa system installed, however noticed the tips a bit too far in & brought it to their attention in fear that the OEM plastic diffuser would melt cuz of the heat. He said "that's the best we can do" .
Sure enough, few days later, diffuser began to sag cuz of the heat. I brought it back so they fix the mistake for free.
However, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN because "MUCHO TRABAJO" for another $80-100. ($300+total)
Ended up extending the muffler tips with cheap pipe therefore RUINING the Corsa system altogether, the welds looked like Herpes with a bunch of unsealed holes when I took it off to sell the exhaust. 🤢

Cant say enough about Sam's Muffler. price was more than fair at a time when shops are over charging. I made an appointment. Asked for a quote by showing him pictures and even added to heat wrap to my pipes. The work looked good. I would definitely recommend Sam's Muffler.

99 Tacoma was charged a bunch and it totally was a cheap flow it eventually. Where seems of flowmater we're orinally weldeded cam all apart took 25 mins charged me 185 no proof of purchase so it's not a cool deal

Start by by saying this is the only shop I'll ever my my car, friends cars, family's car too!! I'll wait if I have to worth every penny. Been coming here for many years. That being said this time I brought a mustang BULLITT. Previous exhaust shop out in east coast Virginia. Didn't line up the exhaust tips correctly one was sticking out more and passenger side tip was starting to melt the bumper slightly since it was touching. Javier did his thing made sure gaps were even and each tip was a mirror image to one another. Main reason though why we brought the car here is also because the previous shop installed the exhaust but was hanging way to low! It would scrape everywhere !!! On the catted mids, and on the catback portion aswell. The factory connection style clamps had multiple exhaust leaks and the connections were loose aswell causing annoying sounds while driving from the metal on metal vibration contact. We even tried to tighten the clamps at home but still was loose. So we brought the car here to have V-bands installed on his American racing catted mids. Javier also sealed where the exhaust had scraped so much that holes where showing through. Now the catted mids have no holes, no exhaust leaks, and now they have v band connections. My brother races the car a lot so when he goes to drag strip he wanted a different set of Catless mids with xpipe. And to make it super easy to switch between mids he also got Vbands Installed on his custom catless mids with xpipe that Javier made. And so the car doesn't throw any codes he also welded in nuts so the factory 02 sensors can still be installed aswell. Javier aslways goes above and beyond and highly recommend him always. Welds came out super nice , fit and finish and 2nd to none. The entire exhaust system is nicely tucked up and no longer hanging down super low.

Had a hole in my muffler and came into get a quote or see if they could help me with a new one and I walked up and told the dude the issue and all he had to say was "I'm busy" that's it and proceeded to go under the car on the lift. He didn't say come back at another time or anything. He was rude and unprofessional.

Last 3 times I went there I was not able to get any service the first two times the shop was open but no one that was there was a technician and the last time I was there I came 40 minutes after the shop was supposed to be open but it was closed and no one answered the phone

Great place to go, I've been going here for years. Sam's is the only place I will take my cars for all my muffler needs.
