After looking at the negative reviews, I felt I had to share my experience. Working with Mitch has been very easy as he has been more than willing to work towards coming up with solutions that met the needs of the customer. It is human nature to share bad experiences in reviews and not necessarily provide positive reviews. As such, the content of the other reviews far from reflect my experience with this company. They are focused and driven to satisfy the needs of the customer and work towards receiving continued business.

similar to other reviews horrible management, employees don't want to help or train. Supervisor does nothing but sit on his behind, not a good leader or communicator. I was told to comeback, but I said no thanks I don't want to be in this toxic environment. Would not recommend anyone to work at this company. Should have followed the bad reviews before I took this job.

Just toured the new Air Traffic Control at Charlotte airport. Absolutely fantastic work. It is the way to do things.

On May 30th I contacted Russ Bassett about their Promedia Shelving (Audio/Video) cabinets. A sales manager contacted me with some information, options, etc. Next day, May 31st, I found out about the prices and was ready to buy one of their cabinets when later that day I received an e-mail from the same sales manager letting me know that as June 1st they were not taking any more orders for the Promedia Shelving (Audio/Video) cabinets. When I called their 1-800 number they told me all the sales managers were notified in March about the cabinets being discontinued on June 1st. Evidently the sales manager made a mistake but the unwillingness from the company to accept one more order tells you all what you need to know about Russ Bassett. A company that doesn't care before the sale won't care after the sale.

The company employees are not friendly they set you up for failure they think your there to replace them they act like theres no other job in america thirsty type employees
