the moment i step in the store with my friend we felt observed, and indeed the manager (Sonia) with the security guy where following me and my friend the whole time we were shopping and after approached us and only us very rudely. it’s so disrespectful and weird we can’t shop peacefully, whole time being followed and observed.

Prices are better than most outlet stores but recently new items coming in range from $15-20 when a few years ago it was around $10-12. I would just wait for these items to drop down in price, maybe a few weeks.

Messy loss prevention tends to have a major attitude despite going out of your way to be kind and wish them a good day etc fitting room staff treated me as if I was a thief because she wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her ie I don't want these 3 so can you take them so I can bring in 3 more from my stack to try on

Whittier locations have everything I need, usually all the time! Great name, designer brands at half the price! Fantastic clearance sections always stacked and stocked!
