I was recommended to this nail spot I love the service and the gentleman that did my wife nails was really helpful and did a good job
Stylist: Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name. But he did a really good job and he was very honest.

I rarely leave reviews unless I really want someone to save their money. I came here & the woman at the front desk was so friendly! I was a walk in so I expected to wait. Finally sat down & the woman began my full set & it was fine. Then she cut my finger a little, it happens I didn't mind at all. Then it continues to happen.. to every single finger on my left hand. No apologies, couldn't even bother to stop the blood just continued like it was nothing. Then the towel gets on my wet nail & she tells me I need to "pay attention." The set took maybe 15 minutes because she couldn't even bother to clean up one entire hand (only put cuticle oil on the bleeding hand) & then just got up & walked away. Didn't say a single word. Needless to say, I will never come back here.

keep in mind this is someone who is really insecure about my feet. but my friend and i are going to trip so we thought we should go in for a pedicure, right off the bat i felt uncomfortable. i sat down and took my socks off and the lady helping me straight up let out a sigh, and atp i felt bad already. but this wasn't even the worse of it. so she's cutting my nails and everything is normal and every so often she would say something and then the lady doing my friends nails would make dead eye contact with my feet so obviously i was already anxious as it is. she kept squeezing my toe like it was visibly red because of hangnail. after the acrylic is already on she goes to cut one of my hangnails out and just leaves the other ones. she cut me with the drill multiple times to the point when she put the oil on after and it burned my cuts so bad. needless to say i didn't tip her or my friend didn't tip my lady either because my friend noticed her lady being in on the lady talking about me. like if your gonna talk about me maybe don't do it when im right in front of you but also don't make it obvious. 0/10 never coming back

Great prices! Always able to squeeze a last minute appointment. My favorite nail tech moved because the commute was too far. But I still go because they are very nice and accommodating.

The only reason I didn't give this place a 1 was because I tried this place twice. The first time I had a great, friendly experience. The second time, I left feeling so embarrassed. Usually the ladies are really good at recommending nail sizes, the man that helped me was sarcastic and wasn't too helpful when I asked him questions. When I saw how short the nails where after he glued them, I didn't like them and asked if we could redo them. I would pay but he was unwilling to help me. When I turned to the person in the front to ask if someone else could do my nails, she said no. The man had raised his voice at me as if I was his daughter and was simply rude. I don't recommend this place.

Asked for french tip and this is what she did. Told her i want less of the purple and she said it was too late and if i wanted thinner it wouldve been $2 more. Didnt even ask me for my input at all the entire session and continued on. Told her i wasnt happy and blamed me for it? Not going again

I always do my nails with Hayley she's great 5star for her But Andy is horrible worse experience ever he did my nails and he said not hurry up and pick the color because he was loosing money waiting That he doesn't he was doing my nails he had just started He was pulling on my hand across the table I mean my hand and arm was way on the other side of the counter It took him 20min to do my nails a whole new set my He was mad and looked abusive scary I was there to have a good day with my daughter and he made it a bad experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANDY !!! Who knows what he was saying in Chinese

I went in for a fill and I had a French tip , I wanted the same design French too just a different color polish for the top. I had a very neutral color that one of their other ladies did my nails with last time , however this lady who did my fill used a visibly lighter color and then tried to cover it with nude polish, THEN the black one. it doesn't blend at all and all I can see are the lines where she was drilling. she didnt even bother to check the nails to make sure they were the same size and shape. the French tip is very crooked and lines aren't straight. it was a lazy job and she charged $40 for a simple fill.

Well.... I went Rose Nails for time, Andy did a great job on nails since it's my first time going to Rose Nails. I also got a pedicure as well, the person who work on me, did an oh k job could do better also, and better cleaning the equipment and tools cleaning tools. Not sure if I will be returning to this place.

I just got my nails done and I was very upset about how they came out :/ they rush the process and don't shape very well. My nails came out chunky, they look like eggs and I'm so disappointed about it! Not only that but they are very rough when shaping, they try to rush the process and I came in when there was only two people. Won't recommend for anyone looking for good shaping or acrylics!! R

My regular nail shop close during the pandemic & never open back up. I have tried several Neil places & could not find s good place, well I have found the place. This place is awesome. Great service great people & the service they provided is amazing. I walked in they were a bit busy but still manage to only have me waiting in the waiting area less than 5min. I was quickly taken to a message chair that had to be the best chair message chair I ever sat on, not even my regular nail salon chair were this amazing. I got a manicure, pedicure & had my eyebrows & mustache waxed. The ladies that took care of me were great. They were very attentive, very detail. They really take their job serious. They keep looking at their work if they were not satisfied, they would re do it again. And oh boy! The message they give you can literally put you to sleep. The oil & lotion smells amazing. When I went into the waxing room. The finishing oil they use smells after waxing it also smells amazing. Before I walked into the waxing room I was given a water bottle. They gave an enormous. Nail polish selection, beautiful colors. This place is just amazing. I will deff be coming back. I highly recorded this place. I was very pleased with their work

I love the attention and excellent customer service. This is a perfect place to go have your nails done. Ladies are so nice and the manager too. She's always making sure everything is going fine and she always gives customers water. The best!!
