ordered some boots and was told the order was going to be delayed because the size I ordered wasn’t in stock. how do you sell a product that isn’t even in stock? I’m still waiting for an answer from customer service.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up a few days later. They gave me the wrong item and said they didn't have the one I ordered. They only gave me the option to take it or cancel the order (not even a discount of any sort, which I feel would have been the least they could do. The design on the one they had was cute, and I wouldn't have been as upset, but this was a gift for someone who wanted an exact item. Not to mention, I bought it during their recent restock in fear of it selling out. I'm not ordering from here again, or recommending it.

I haven’t received my order yet. But I purchased a Puncho on Monday morning Jan 12 around 7:45am and paid for 2 day shipping. I reached out to customer service and the tone I received was very Unprofessional. The Customer service rep told me I had to understand who they are not “ Amazon “ and that Wed was the 1st day Wed 17th was the 1st day they were back to continue the orders. I told the rep that if you guys can’t meet your obligations they shouldn’t offer it as an option. I asked for a refund and I was told it had already been dropped off at the post office that morning. But according to my tracking number it hadn’t even been shipped out yet. The customer service representative was so rude about the Situation I asked if I could speak to someone in management. And that was Tuesday morning Tue 16th and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I call the number online and it’s no voicemail setup.I will not being ordering anything else from them. My experience was very distasteful and unprofessional.

I unfortunately had a negative experience with this company, from product to customer service. To their credit, they issued a refund, so I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review. Best of luck to the company and their customers.
