This store is always clean, the staff are professional, and I always find what I need (whether it be ice cream, candy, beauty items, or cleaning supplies). The THRIFTY ice cream bar is my favorite thing about the entire store bc it's my fav since childhood. (The pre-filled quart tubs do not have the same flavor as when it's served so I hope rite aid always keeps this) Finally, the pharmacy is always a smooth transaction to get my monthly prescription. There has been a national shortage and backfill for the medication I take but that has never been a problem at this location. My medication also doesn't have refills so they receive a new script monthly and they still manage to deliver on time always.

First time using Rite-Aid for prescriptions in a very long time, and the staff went above & beyond by having them transferred. I have never received this level of service from Walgreen's. I was impressed.

Did a delivery here, needed to pee asked to use the restroom. The manager gave me the worst excuse that they're down. So then i asked where do you ladies go? Do you pee in the parking lot. She said we go Outside. Shame on you for treating working delivery drivers this way.

Don't spend your ebt money here. Don't waste your time here at all. ! ! !Usually I come here because it's convenient because I'm homeless. I bought snacks, ham and some candy. When I got rung up by this lady she had a nasty attitude, She rang me up and said I owed $5; which didn't make sense because I was only buying FOOD. She couldn't even tell me what I being charged for ? I paid about $17 and the cashier said I owed $5? Which didn't make sense because I had money on my ebt card? She just kept saying she didn't know what I was being charged for so she called over another female coworker and they just kept saying you owe $5.I kept asking so "what did I pay for and what did I not pay for so i can leave" and tBoth workers just kept saying I don't know and decided to ring up another customer and I told her "why can't she check the receipt?" I told them both "so this is how you treat people that are homeless ?" I demanded a refund and left the store very upset and hungry.I don't understand why BOTH of these "ladies' felt the need to give me attitude instead of checking their computer/register right in front of their face! Fix this Rite Aid. Hire new cashiers for the night crew because these "adults are childish" and clearly lack customer service skils.

The rite staff and cashiers are very rude and disrespectful because when i needed help they did not acknowledge me and completely ignored me and also ignored a customer who needed help was being ignored and neglected, i would not recommend this rite aid location for anyone to shop, very rude and unprofessional employees rite aid hires in mistreating and cursing at customers.

I needed to use the restroom, but the employee said it was closed, not that it was not working, but closed; in other words, tough luck was his position. This is the kind of respect some employees have. The additional Rite Aid near Ralphs Market was very kind and let me use theirs.

The UCLA gastroenterology doctor's office stated that the Comstock Ave Rite-Aid in Whittier endangers patients with illegal pharmaceutical practices that restrict patients from getting access to medication that's been properly prescribed. I wouldn't ever go here. There's a reason Rite-Aids are closing around the country.

I had a shopping cart filled with things that I was shopping for. I come into this Rite Aid all the time I was in the middle of getting medication because I have food poisoning and at that point I felt like throwing up and using the restroom. I kindly ask the pharmacy for the restroom key and they sent me to the front so I went to the front to ask for the key and the lady seen my face that I'm about to throw up and I'm getting sicker by the minute made me get an alliance up at seven people to ask for a key, and then she didn't like what I was standing and told me to move away. She was very rude disrespectful and yelled at me in front of all the people which was very humiliating. I hope that you guys replace some of the staff or at least educate them on a customer service. Getting a key to the bathroom should not require me to start an online especially saying that I'm being very patient waiting on the side.

There's this cashier with black curly hair that works there always talking bad about me when I'm just minding my business and she had the audacity to say that poor kid out loud about My son just because he has eczema she is seriously rude and unprofessional and she's lucky l don't go off on her already because she is seriously obsessed and wants my attention.. I don't know her so this is weird

I never stole anything my friends bless and I get thrown out for no reason rude to the customers and this rite aid comstock all the ones that work there try to pick a fight with every customer for no reason this is the most disgraceful discriminating rite aid I've ever seen has been going on for 10 years and Whittier California on Comstock I think it's very wrong goodbye and you purchasing and they blame you for panhandling when you haven't done it I'm going to seek a lawyer at Sue I think it's time to sue them cuz they're very rude to every customer that walks in or stealing things that they never stole I think it's wrong and then when the homeless do something wrong they just let him run out and go away it's discrimination I think it's time to pull the publize all over the news

This is a good location everything is super clean and organized and I love how the staff actually helps you out without having an attitude. They ate super nice. I enjoy this location , they have plenty of parking which is nice.
