This place has weird customer service. When I get ice cream .the lady always charged me before I get my ice cream but other customers she doesn't charge them and let's them get there ice cream they make Mexicans feel unwelcoming. Two white lady's that work here laughed at me when I made that comment and felt like they were being racist. Towards me because I'm Mexican

Wonderful store and associates! The associates are helpful and care.. they take the time to help you and make you feel comfortable and confident about what you have chosen. Service like the one in this Rite Aid, you can't find anymore.

Most of the customers service is great. ? Helpful and very friendly. A lot of the shelves were pretty bare, but I was a to find what I needed and wanted. Cari & Margey, always makes us feel appreciated, they are the reason why we come back to this story.

This store makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the front door. Patricia was the checker tonight, she asked if I had found everything I needed, and was genuinely concerned that I had everything I needed. She made me laugh and that made my night. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

Patricia , front store cashier is such a sweet heart. You know it's the little stuff that can really brighten up people's days and she did that for me and my mom. Just great customer service. As for management, your store feels unsafe. Idk if you're trying to cut costs but you really need a security guard at the front. A bunch of druggies coming in and out. Makes your customers feel unsafe. And we are already paying an arm and a leg for something we can get at target for half the price. DO BETTER.

I haven’t been to Rite Aid in a while. As I entered, I was cheerfully greeted. I found what I needed, hooks for Christmas ornaments, quickly. I was amazed at the beautiful Christmas decorations and picked up a few more things. The wait to pay was less than 5 minutes, and the associate thanked me for being patient. When I went to pay, I couldn’t believe how much the rewards program saved me! If it had been a warmer day, I definitely would have gotten a cone of Thrifty ice cream.

Excellent customer service here, from the beautiful Manager lady to the caring staff at the pharmacy. I always feel at home here because they treat me like royalty. Moreover, their sales are amazing, and their rewards program helps me save on products ranging from personal care to makeup, and whatnot. I highly recommend shopping here and getting your medication at this Rite Aid.

I have to write the review because I always go here to buy my thrifty ice cream . My dad always took me to thrifty's for the ice cream and I am glad that Rite Aid has rescued and maintained the ice cream part of thrifty's . It's a perfect climb to reminisce when you Wear a kid and your parents took you here for a treat.
