Horrible!!!!!! If I can give it a 0 stars I would! I came in for a walk in. I was waiting 3and a half hours n counting just for a drop off very slow service, other patients complaining also very unprofessional waiting this long quest needs to do something about this ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Janet and Marisa. Janet who greeted me and helped me as a walk in she guided me on how to log in. I waited about an hour before being called as the waiting room was almost full and Marisa, the phlebotomist, was very nice made things quick and easy. I had been calling to schedule an appointment but the phone system/recording seriously has issues and it needs to be revised so its not so frustrating. I had been seriously dreading to come here because of the bad reviews listed here and on Yelp; But thankful things went well.

Don't got unless you have an appt. Walk-in's have to wait a super long time in the morning. Over an hour wait. They take people that have appts earlier than their appt so the walk-in's have to wait extra long. The other quest locations I have gone in for walk in and it is much faster and efficient. The phlebotomist are great just the process is not efficient

Just got my blood work done and they were fast. The women I saw was kind and took time to explain somethings on my paper work that were confusing. Definitely make an appointment, if you don't you could be waiting a while

This place needs medical hygiene education. How can a lab not provide a mask and sanitizer to the pts. That screen is being touched by people during the whole shift. No one came out for disinfecting. Unbelievable, I work in critical care field in the hospital, this is unacceptable and irresponsible for every PT who comes to here.

Horrible experience. I came in to just drop off a specimen my doctor requested and there's about 40 people waiting in this jam packed room with no air. There's 2 kiosk and people trying to check in online with no employees in site. I walked to the back to let them know I was just dropping off and had my completed form attached and they rudely told me to check in and wait. There were people with an appointment who weren't in the system and people were mad and tense. Avoid this place.

If I could give quest zero stars I would. They are no help. And the wait times are always 2+ hours for walkins. Even when they are only serving 2 people the wait time is always more than 2+hours. They're staff will not help people check in. Which is sad because I saw a Cold War vet today needing help and no one came out to help him. This company in whole really needs to be evaluated because this doesn't only happen here but at all Quest locations..

Phlebotomist David truly deserves a recognition! I am trying to figure out how to recognize him through the Quest Diagnostics system. If anyone knows how to recognize an employee online, please let me know. David made an effort to make conversation with me as he knew I was anxious. He was reassuring. I am a hard poke with rolling veins and he got in on the first try. He only put the needle in once he was sure he can draw blood from that vein. I asked which needle was used and if my vein was deep in order to help my next phlebotomist in the future. He was more than happy to answer that. I wasn't feel rushed even if my appointment was on a Saturday. I truly appreciate his skills, especially how patient-centered he was. Scheduling: I booked an appointment online week before, arrived 10 minutes early as instructed, and checked in through my phone ( you can only do it 10 minutes exactly before your appt, not earlier ) and in the kiosk to scan my id's ( bring driver's license and insurance card ). No wait time at all if you follow their scheduling protocols. No idea about walk in though. Ample amount of parking. Quest is on the 3rd floor. They share space with other clinics and an Urgent care.

This is the BEST quest office I have ever been to! They are super helpful and nice! Very patient with little ones. Jackie helped us and took care of my uncontrollable child like if he were her own. Very personable. There is no receptionist to greet you but everything is on the tablets now. Even as a "walk in" you won't be here longer than 45 minutes. The only suggestion I would have is adding more hand sanitizer stations. David took care of us when we dropped off a sample and he was super quick. Truly I will never go to another site.

Anybody answer the phone, voice mail is full, and they closed before , I was there at 4:40 and was closed. I went another day with appointment at 4:15 and they din'd received me because they almost close.... the receptionist say that she will call me next day to new appointment , but she didn't ( 2 week ago)

I arrived here at 245 and this place was closed. It clearly has written on their front door that they close at 3pm. I knocked and no one answered. Must be nice to not even get a sorry we’re closed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Had an appointment today at8am really quick . I had Sergio . Very kind and very nice (: thank you Sergio for finding a vein without any trouble
