1st and last time I'll go here. Only reason I stopped beachside they were recommended. I ask if they could starch my pants and the lady no it's not good. Told her I didn't care if it's not good I'm paying and she Said ok and still no description on my receipt say starch. And for 3 button ups and 2 501 Levi's came out to 40 bucks smh... oh well live and learn

I took two dresses to get staines removed. The staines we're still there and I had to pay $25 to get them back. I don't recommend this place and I'll never go back.

I went to quad cleaners to restitch a vintage item from the 1960s. When I got it back to the cleaners the first time they gave it to me unfinished. I went back and the owner was there when I paid in full.So she apologized and took the vintage item to finished restitching. And a few days later I got great results back here are the results. So if your a vintage person come to this dry cleaners they're know how to handle vintage.

I was a loyal customer of Quad Cleaners for about 10 years but some recent bad experiences have pushed me to take my business elsewhere. My rating of three stars is for the many years of friendly and reliable service. Unfortunately the service is not what it used to be.This past year, Quad lost two pairs of work slacks, eventually found and returned months later. Then, a zipper replacement ($30!!!) on a skirt was of such cheap material that the handle ripped right off on the first wear. When I tried to explain I wanted it replaced again, at no-cost, the owner said the work was not done there and proceeded to show me her analog computer screen to prove it. All I saw were dates and prices with no detail. We couldn't come to an agreement and I'm never going back.Pros:-Convenient location-Ample and close parking spots-Great hours of operationCons:-Poor tracking system -Prices are on the high end-Lack of accountability for deficient service -Slow turnaround times for cleaning (average 4 days)

My daughter in law bought a dress from Macy's to wear for her wedding . Brand new just needed to be pressed. I took it to the cleaners Wednesday and they said it would be ready Saturday by 2pm and they close at 5. Wedding is Sunday. My son picks up dress Sat. At 2:30. They said something happened and dress had a black grease stain about 6" long right in front chest area. They said they couldn't fix it until Monday as the machines were already down and they were closing! They offered to clean on Monday at no charge. TERRIBLE! Save yourself a headache and heartache and do not patronize this business.

Asian worker lady was very unhelpful. Tried going in to get measurements done and she was completely rude and didn't want to help get measurements. She said to use pants/jackets from home to get measurements. I was going to pay for this service. Definitely never coming here again.

I told them to alter a dress for me on one side. Not only did they cut the wrong side of my very expensive dress but they cut it the wrong way. They had me prepay for the service. They did not refund me. They did not even apologize. They just said “ooooh”. Yeah, not only did they ruin my dress, but refused to have me talk to any supervisor. They pretended to have a language barrier and all of a sudden not understand me. NEVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE!!!Service: Alterations

Very bad service!! I had them dry clean a pair of jeans. I was very specific on how I wanted them, I even paid in advance. The work was not done correctly they said they would fix it. Then they charged me again. It was there mistake I should have not been charged twice. I am boycotting this business..
