So far one of the worse shops I have took my car to the guy that did the work was a awesome machanice
Go the ac pump replace and serpitine belt done a/c didn’t work took it back so they can take a look at it
I don’t know who I spoke with but the person was very rude to my and my wife but that place need. To be a bit more considerate to even if the individual that did the work wasn’t present at the time (the shop did the work ) I understand the person that did wasent there but to be rude to customers and have a attitudes theories then is not right

Customers be aware! Super Over priced. Went here last week after changing my own brake pads on my lexus rx and accidentally triggered a parking brake malfunction light. It was a 5 minute job which requires a auto shop level scan tool but they insisted on checking the brake and test driving it and spent 15min on the job. There were no other shop that was open since it was day after thanksgiving and the owner took advantage of the situation and wanted to charge 120 dollars for a simple scan tool reset. Had I known that it was gonna be so expensive, I would've waited for Saturday and used a scan tool from HF and returned it. So yeah, can't even imagine how much they're gonna over charge on customers who doesn't have knowledge in working on cars seeing what they charged on someone that works on cars.

Unfortunately our car has had a few issues over the last year. We’re taken the car here on all three occasions and they’ve been super helpful and quick about all repairs. Prices are decent considering all shops charge quite a bit for labor. Would continue to bring my car here and would recommend other do so as well.

I can say as we'll wait and see. Lots of car dealerships Italian one thing. But one thing I gotta tell you. They do stick to their word when they give you a price rate.

I had to get my timing belt and water pump replaced on my GX470 so I called Pro Auto along with several other auto shops. Frank helped me out and with the service I asked for, Pro Auto delivered. Scheduled my appointment when it was convenient for me, a more than fair price, excellent service all around.Want to give a huge thanks to Frank and the Pro Auto team. I definitely recommend them to take care of your Lexus vehicle!

I have used Pro Auto for about 20 years, they are truly professionals, they explain in detail your auto problems and cost. Friendly and professional. A little high on pricing, but when you depend on your car to make a living, its well worth the price. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs.

I brought my 2009 Ford Ranger Sport into Pro-Auto Toyota Specialist as they were not so busy as other more pricey repair shops in the area. They could take my truck in immediately and have the repairs completed in 1 day. They quoted me a reasonable price on an R&R of the leaking valve cover gaskets. They did an awesome job! They were fair, honest & willing to go above and beyond their typical Toyota makes. They even painted my valve covers at no extra charge. Wow! My truck has no more oil leaks ? yahoo!

Brought my car in to get it diagnosed because car keped stalling, paid $90, for diagnostic tests, couldn't find problem, but gave a quote for $630 worth of other repairs...picked up my car and left somewhere else!?♂️

JOE VICUNA OWNER HAS A BAD ATTITUDE , I took my car for a simple tune up and it took 4 hours they overcharged me and his staff was extremely rude and Lazy they did not change the air filter which was included in tune up , I asked owner JOE VICUNA for partial return on what I paid For them lying that they changed my air filter he argued with me back and forth did not return my money . I asked if they can put in a new air filter which I paid for he argued back and forth never put air filter . He is very unprofessional he is a scammer and rips people off he kept my money . STAY AWAY THIS PLACE RIPS YOU OFF OWNER IS A DISHONEST MAN. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT AUTO REPAIR RATHER THAN THIS PLACE .

I've been here with my lexus ls400 and a rav4 both till this day are working just fine. They find all problems and let you know which one is more important to continue driving safe. Incase you cant get all of it done, but overall great place
