I arrived at 12 and it's almost three o'clock and I'm still waiting for my turn, and I don't see many people, so why do they give appointments if they're going to take a while and let more people arrive as they arrive?

Thank you to Ebony, Yesenia, and every single person that works there. Yes the wait was a bit long but you go in knowing there is a chance of waiting. They are always lovely, understanding, and helpful. Thank you all again for everything you do not just my service!

None of the Girls look happy to work here. They all have serious faces, they're all Gossiping in little groups. One of the Girls was literally cutting some u ltrasound pictures and just looking at them, doesn't make being here any easier, don't know how they get a job here because you can tell they're judging people here!

My first time here, first of all I was happy to have found a place that does the removal for an implant. I scheduled my appointment. The day of my appointment I received a phone call that I needed to reschedule my appointment due to staff. (I was pretty understanding after hearing they were short staff) I rescheduled my appointment for the next morning. The staff was polite, and kind. The place was clean and the air conditioner was running. The bathroom was fine. I would have gave them a 5 star but the only thing was I waited way to long, due to the rescheduling on their part I thought they could have been a little more considerate. Other than that I would recommend.

I've been having struggles with healthcare since I moved to California. Especially with UTIs. I am a transgender person who has been completely unable to find a respectful and accommodating place for my needs. I came in to switch birth control as I suspected the pill was causing my UTIs. It was done within 30 minutes. Then, I came in for another UTI. I'd been going to urgent care thinking it was the quickest way, waiting for 8 hours to get tested, then having to wait until morning to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. It was stressful and exhausting - I almost wished I'd just not gone. Then I found Planned Parenthood did UTI treatments. Within the hour, they tested, prescribed, and handed me my antibiotics. The staff (thank you Jessica and Barb!) were incredibly friendly and took special care to respect my pronouns and my needs. I nearly cried of relief knowing I don't have to wait hours for relief anymore. They also provided me with free condoms, doctor recommendations, and plenty of advice for the future. I've never been more relieved. I'll never go anywhere else. PS. Very clean environment. As a immunocompromised person, I appreciated this a ton!

I don't really write reviews about clinics and hospitals because I work in the field and I know that nobody comes here because they want to. It's out of necessity. I felt compelled to write a review because of the care and genuine concern I received from the nurse (or doctor?) Barbara - not only did she make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable setting, she went above and beyond to connect me to services I didn't know were available. I'm being vague because of the sensitivity of my situation but from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Barbara. The world is lucky to have a caring person like you in it.

Not sure why they make you get an appointment if you still have to wait an hour to be seen. Had an appointment at 2:15 but at 3:30 I STILL hadn't been helped. I work and have to take time out of my only day off for an appointment. The whole time I'm here they are still taking walk-ins. How are you going to take walk-ins when you can't even see your booked appointments within an hour. I came for a simple ultrasound. It takes like 10minutes!! I'm not spending a whole hour here just for a 10minute check!! Not coming back. I'm wasting my time coming back for multiple appointments over and over again.

This location is amazing. I've been coming here for many years and they have always provided exceptional service. They provide so many services for everyone. They always explain everything throughly and ask if I have any questions. Luis in particular is a very friendly and nice employee, he always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. Lisbethe was nice and helpful too. I really recommend coming to this location.

This is my go to center for birth control. The staff is always so nice and fast to get me in and out as well as answer any questions I might have.

This place is run by buffoons. They have no idea how their own programs work, they don't know the cost of everything because they make it up as they go based on what they think they can get from you. They expect you have your entire day to spare and will screw up the same processes multiple times and have an extremely practiced "we're sorry about that" which helps exactly zero.To add: 2 hours later and they still haven't done anything at all. This place should be investigated and shut down. Absolutely pathetic display of professionalism. I told the supervisor how long I was waiting and that I was scheduled as an appointment and his response was "maybe you should go somewhere else". Pathetic organisation and would be better of shutting down to stop wasting funds on this dumpster fire.
