Bad. I haven't been to the clinic but until today I haven't been able to make an appointment by phone because they don't answer you and when they answer they say they can't help. My insurance is going to pay them. It is not charity what I am asking of you.

The customer service in the offices are great. The doctors are great. What I don't like is that we have to pay for parking on top of the doctor visits. And when paying, the ladies on the intercom are rude and give attitude.

The minimum phone wait time has been 20 min each time... A year ago they said they are working on their call center to meet needs faster.. Still after a year things have NOT CHANGED.... Several other communication problems between me & Radiology Scheduling..... I am so upset and the staff is so rude they are of NO HELP... As a patient I have been compliant with their doctors/requests etc... They have pushed me over the edg

It was pretty annoying that parking here cost money after 30 minutes. Sadly they do not carry the MMR vaccine which is really interesting. This is was the only pharmacy that my insurance would cover. I ended up having to pay $100 at Costco for the vaccine. I would definitely call ahead and make sure they have your immunizations in stock!

I am prescribed Glaucoma medication for Acute Bilateral Glaucoma in both eyes. I have been getting my prescriptions filled by PIH Putnam Pharmacy for the past year. On 7/30/22 I went to pick up my prescription as I was notified it was ready and the cashier brought me 1 vial of my medication when it should have been 3 for a 90 day supply. I mentioned to her that this was incorrect because they are charging me for 3 months of medication but only supplying 1 month of drops, the pharmacist then brought out a calculator and asked me how many drops I take a day. I mentioned three on each eye so the pharmacist said that each vial should account for 33 days. Because of the extra 3 days in each vial, I have to pay for an additional month per vial. I mentioned this was absurd and that not every single drop makes it into my eye on account of residue that stays on the dropper and amounts that fall during application. The lady which was the lead pharmacist mentioned that is not her problem and that they have to go by the calculations she made because they are being audited. I pleaded that they please allow me to take at least this one vial at the $20 cost per 30 day supply and she said the best she can do is charge me for a 90 day supply, give me the vial they had and later I can come back and pick up one more vial for free. I mentioned I would still be missing 30 days of drops because I would be receiving and paying for a 66 days supply and won't be able to refill again for 90 days to which she shrugged and repeated this was the best she can do because of their audit. I asked her to cancel my refill and left without my prescription. I've been without my daily drops for almost a week now as I sort out a new pharmacy and prescription to be filled.

I like this pharmacy. It is much better than going to CVS or Walgreens and being told 2-3 hours, when grandma or myself needs their meds as soon as possible. It's a little well known secret that I never known about until hospitalized recently and now I have my family taking their prescriptions there. Good work!

Love the pharmacy but new parking scam snafu without validation. Has driven us away. Free 30 minutes is not enough and exit line is often blocked by mass confusion. Family seniors can't operate machines and are not able to stand in lines to pay fees for parking. Added frustration just to see their physicians for medical services.

my Mother has been sick for months and for some strange reason PIH can't get her better. Multiple hospital stays, in fact shes being admitted tonight . last stay was 13 days and mist of that was in Cardiac wing and not once did her Cardiologist come to see her. she's had an internal bleed for months and they can't seem to find it. PIH is allowing my Mother to DIE! slowly.
