They are always to busy to take my calls.. They burn my paws with shaver. They gave him an expression so hard that he was in so much pain for 5days. And the person in charge did not even apologize or call me back to see how it went in the doctors office... She claims she did not have any appointments until 1week later. I rushed him to the hospital Doctor said he was burn with clippers. He was on antibiotics and pain meds.. I have always taken my babies to the store in garden grove and they treated my babies as their own.. Jessica love all my babies

Went here to get a hamster. Wanted to physically see it and make sure it was what we wanted. I asked for help, and this girl comes over. I asked to see the hamster because I was interested in buying one, and she pointed to the picture and said "it looks like that one". She didn't even bother to do her job, or make the smallest effort. It's becoming more apparent that this world is losing a lot of good people and more and more of these intolerable negative people are breeding Worker had green eyes, wore glasses and was shaped like an egg.

This is my go to spot for my dog Vinny's food and the other items he needs. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. I sometimes do curbside and it's very efficient and items are brought out in a timely manner. The store is always clean and well stocked with the items we need.

every time i have to deal with the older blonde haired women she is always rude. i get it you work at a pet store and may not be your dream career but you still need to provide excellent customer service to customers and their animals .in person and over the phone she lacks the training.

If I can give zero starts I would. I scheduled a week ahead a grooming to two of my dogs because I have family coming over and wanted the doggies to be fresh. A few hours before the appointment I received an email my dogs session appointment was canceled. I called and asked what happened. I didn't get a call a day before but 3 hours before. The associate asked me what kind of dog i had. He's a poodle mix so requires a good amount of time. The associate didn't seem to care , I asked for a different time and type of modification from their part and associate was like nope we have nothing. Horrible customer service ! Not cool obviously they don't give a crap about losing customers.

I call BS. I have been trying to get my 1 yr old dog groomed here since Sunday July 2nd. I will admit I screwed up on this appointment. I go to PetSmart Whittwood and find out when I made the appointment online (Sunday 7-2) I did not choose the correct service. I choose only Bath and Brush. And not the "Grooming" haircut. So I rescheduled right there in person with "Christy". She took down all that I wanted and she rescheduled me for Tuesday July 4th at 2:00. On Monday July 3rd I went to my PetSmart account to be sure of the time for the following day. AND it was cancelled ‼. Called PetSmart and spoke with someone named Terry who then called the grooming Department to see as to why my appointment had been cancelled ( I was never personally contacted ). Terry told me she was never really given an answer as to why my appointment was cancelled but I could go in on the 4th but now @3:00. I get there at 3:10pm. Ok a bit tardy. I am attended by "Christy" and told her who we were and she says "Oh you just made it". Not sure what that exactly means. But if she was referring to me being late about 10 minutes again I call BS. Because in the past I have been on time and was asked to wait about 10 minutes and when I was told to pickup my dog after grooming I was told she was not done yet. So they can have you wait but god forbid you are late. Anyway, I start to go over what kind of cut I want. Granted I know my dog was matted. But now Christy starts looking her over and starts saying "Oh I will need to do a #10 on her which is very very.close to her skin. I say that's fine. Then she looks at her ears and again because she is matted she says that she is not able to do her at all because if she even tries to clip around her ears it can cause some kind of "bleeding". And I should take her to my vet to get her ears done/trimmed. So I say fine don't mess with the ears just do her body. She says, " No, because Getting her wet will make her ears more matted". Look I am not a professional dog groomer. But I really feel that this person just did not want to do my dog. She was the only one there when I came in and was finishing up another dog. In the past I would book with Brianna but she was unavailable, so I was scheduled with Christy. NEEDLESS TO SAY - I will never go back to this PetSmart for grooming.

Pets hotel is he best at this location! We drop our dogs and cat off here for vacations and they are always well taken care of.

I scheduled an appointment specifically with Brittany (great) for Express Service for 2:30 today. I arrived at 2:28 p.m. and was told someone else was to groom my dog... not acceptable. Then I was told Brittany was at lunch and would return in 20 minutes. I had driven 15 miles specifically for the express appointment and did not have time to wait. Very disappointed in their service, wasting of my valuable time and wasting of my money for gas to get to my scheduled appointment.

At this point the only reason I come here is for the rare need of a flea treatment for my small animals. Everything else is over priced. Today o picked up a flea treatment from the display (it's a decoy box that needs the actual meds replaced). There's a long line and one register open. That's fine. I am patient. We finally get to the register and the cashier has to go get the med. she comes back and says they are out of it. There were numerous decoy boxes in the display. She said I can try a different one. I go back to the display to see if anything else will work. I noticed the line has doubled in size. I look at the other options and think, what if I pick something else and wait in that stupid line only to find out they don't have that one either? So I went on Amazon, found the one I wanted originally, it was 3 dollars cheaper and would be delivered same day with no charge. So congratulations petsmart, you officially lost me. These big box stores complain that Amazon makes it impossible to compete. This is an example of why.

Both dogs came home with kennel cough and it was a HUGE vet bill to rescue them back to health after th trip to this groomers! The people were super friendly and the haircuts were great, but now my babies are deathly ill! BEWARE!!! my vet said this place is a HOTSPOT!!!

Christy did a great job on my dog Molly's haircut and bath. She is a long haired chihuahua mix and hasn't been groomed for almost a year so when I picked her up she looks so happy and her hair was taken care of.

This is a very good location to go to if you want a high quality good experience. The staff is super friendly. I went in and I wanted some fish and the person that helped me out was super kind.. super friendly. I was being very picky... I was being picky because I specifically wanted a certain fish and I pointed out the fish and she took the time to actually try to get the fish that I wanted and I thought that that was really sweet of her. I'll be going back!

I just don't understand people! Yes they open at 8am to both drop off and pick up your pets. If the door doesn't open automatically then it's a clear indication that the store isn't open to shop. None the less my pup stayed with Ethan at the rest of the wonderful staff, she always excited to go play with the rest of the pups there. Thank you again for taking care of my baby!

I had my dog stay here at the pets hotel for 4 days and my dog got sick. He caught kennel cough. I know it can happen but makes me wonder how often they clean and sanitize. No one told me anything day of pick up.
