I graduated uei college 2018. I needed a car bad so I could start my career, which I'm still doing! I was referred to Ike who helped me out with a deal. That deal helped me out tremendously. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this car dealership. HAIK was the salesman that was assisting me when I arrived to the dealership. I asked about one of the cars in the lot and responded with a gesture asking if I could afford said vehicle. I asked if we would take the car for a test drive, to which he responded that he needed to run my credit first. I informed him that I was not willing to let him run my credit until l test drove the car. HAIK was upset, made a comment Insinuating that I didn’t make enough money for a $14,000 car. He walked away, I stayed in the entrance making a few phone calls and 5-10 minutes later police officers arrive on site. The lady on the front points at me and the cops direct themselves to me, and question me as to why I didn’t let him run my credit. I let them know that I was willing to run my credit once I test drove the car.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - FELT TARGETED - RUDE- UNPROFESSIONAL

Great place and wonderful customer service. The owner and son were very hospitable, helpful and professional. I had gone to this location a few weeks ago to look at a blue 2013 honda civic si. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and received a great deal as well. Unfortunately, i did not go through with purchasing this vehicle because i went a different route on another vehicle. I highly recommend this place!
