Exactly like a 1 star reviewer said. Not sure if they are racists but they are not friendly, made me feel uncomfortable, stares me down like im a criminal, and their other employees seem to giggle when this was happening..they laugh on the situation on how tellers are treating customers. Very sad and pathetic credit union. I think my bank of america does 1000 times better than these low life scum bags. Hope you guys learn how to treat all customers equally regardless of skin,color,nationality of the customer. Shame of you guys!

I will never go to this branch again. just trying to get in is difficult, you have to be buzzed in and if they don't know they make you feel like a criminal. the tellers just stare at you while you wait to be buzzed in. once inside they continue to stare , not one friendly smile or even an hello. While I'm no brad pitt. I'm not Howard stern either. I thought maybe they were robbed recently so I gave this branch another try. no difference.the next time I went I had the same outcome. I go to their brea branch, better, but not chase by any means but better than whitter by far. I go to a lot of different banks and branches. I have never encountered more unfriendly tellers than at pacific western banks. Whittier branch tellers were more than unfriendly they were just plain rude. will never go to this branch again .
