STAY AWAY FROM OZONE AND SMOKEN.
Smoken was cool up until when they sold my friend dead stock on a puffco peak pro. Straight up taking advantage of new smokers.
He’s a new smoker and Clearly he went in to your shop to buy a new puffco peak pro v.2. And for some reason you took advantage of the situation and sold him a peak pro v.1. (Dead stock).
After a while of not noticing the difference I informed my friend that yall had sold him a v.1 for the price of the new one. He went in to inform you guys of the “mistake” and yall told him there was no difference in between both devices.
But there’s new firmware and a new atomizer and new glass.
Yall are scamming new smokers.
Stay away from smoken and ozone.

I would give this smoke shop 5 stars , but there is an employee who drives the black Mercedes. Who wanted to argue with me about if she hit my car or not. My friend who waited in the car when I ran in said she did. Now let me say this when I pulled up her in and her boyfriend or whatever he is to her, where sitting in the car. I was able to get out of my car. When I came out they were so close to my car I couldn't even get back in my car. When I went and asked if they hit my car, she started talking all crazy. I walk around and see a dent. So I say just open your door so I can see if it hits where the dent is. She continues to keep talking and won't open the door so I can see.... Finally, she shuts up and opens the door and doesn't match up. So I say see I didn't need some long ass story. And left. Now I come back the next day, and she says I'm not allowed in there. So I'm waiting for my wings at Wing Stop. Worried she is going to mess with my ride. And all these people are standing outside, like they want to jump me. I shopped here a lot. It is time to find a new smoke shop with professionals. This is ridiculous... now, as I'm doing this review she is taking pictures acting like she wants to fight. This is so unbelievable. Unless she is related to the owner, I can't believe they would rather let her act childish and loose business than tell her to be kind and forgive, I wasn't in the wrong here. She is, my mind is blown
