Excelente servicio me atendieron 2 chicos los dos fueron muy amables contestaron todas mis preguntas. Estaba preocupada porque no sabia como cambiar las luces de mi carro y uno de ellos se ofreció ayudarme y le doy gracias porque nos brinden este servicio especialmente porque era domingo y muchos mecánicos están cerrados. Definitiva mente volveré y También me inscribieron para un programa de puntos! Muchas gracias chicos!

I go to this o'reilly's all the time. This will probably be the last time. I have been a mechanic for 60 years. There is a assistant manager named Evelyn. She needs to get demoted. I am nothing but nice every time I walk in the store. I'm greeted with a caca face. Today I spent over a hundred dollars. Which is very minimum for me. If you don't like your job don't work there. To get her to move is like getting a dinosaur out of extinction.. As for the gentleman working there. I don't remember his name but great guy.

The customer service here is amazing went in for a cabin air filter & frank was sweet enough to change it for me at no cost ! We need more people like him in customer service! Will definitely be coming back here for any car parts when needed.

Call and ask if they did battery check and alternator check for cars they told me yes, then when I went to THIS O'reilly they had a attitude and did not want to assist the customer. They came out to see what was going on with the car and they're asking me to check the battery, why would I even go there if I could do it myself.. Horrible service, horrible customer service, definitely not there to serve the customer.. Do not go to that O'reilly store!!! When ask to speak to manager rude person that I was dealing with said she was the manager..please hire qualify personal!!

Went for a new battery and albeit their establishment is a parts but not services, their friendly staff still helped with a battery replacement. Thank you O'Reilly for having great customer experiences for current and new clients.

The 5 stars go to Frank! I don't know who I spoke with before him-but I'm glad we Got disconnected because he was annoying. FRANK was so so professional and SUPER helpful and NICE! i went to get a New battery and he took care of me over the phone and when I went in. Hopefully he sees this!! So if you go in, ask for Frank! :)

Day shift is awesome. Second shifters not so polite. I returned an item I purchased the day before with cash , and the female at the register made me feel like I was returning a stolen item or something. So I requested the option of reviewing my membership number and stil wouldn’t return my funds.

Had my battery and alternator tested here, Tom was very helpful, and in all ended up having to change my battery on my Hyundai Accent. But really appreciated the customer service that was provided here.
