I had 2 broken printers, that have been broken for an extended period of time. Charles was able fix fix both and help me to order the correct part needed to fix my HP printer. They were both up and running in a very short time. I'm so happy to have found him! He is an expert at what he does! His price is reasonable too!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Super-professional and hyper-kind - Charles was SO helpful and I'm fully appreciative of him being able to diagnose and fix the problem with both of my Canons (one an inkjet, the other a laserjet) - what a PRO!!! As an entrepreneur myself, I truly enjoy meeting and interacting with people who are in the business of serving others - and Charles absolutely fits that description.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. Called Charles for a printer repair because I dropped my printer during an office move. He came in, helped diagnose the problem, and got the printer to start working. Unfortunately, my drop ended up misaligning a bunch of the inner workings so he got us connected to a used printer purchase that was the exact same model! Overall we are super grateful for his customer service, gracious attitude, and attention to detail. He's been our only call for printer repair since we found him and he's been a godsend for our business. Thanks so much for all you do!

Called earlier today about my Brother printer and Charles helped me out. Explained my situation and he just started asking me all these questions and whether or not the copying worked, if the printer would print reports, etc. Surprisingly they worked and he narrowed the issue down to connective issues/toner compatibility. Didn't hesitate to offer his advice and was extremely pleasant to speak to over the phone. I feel a lot more comfortable due to my experience with Charles so I will be coming back to him if the printer issues persist. Called another service repair shop but that person sounded so shady jumping at whatever conclusion I thought was the issue and to just bring it in. You want a technician that is honest and straightforward and Charles is the guy for you. Really appreciate it!

My Canon PIXMA printer stopped printing in color and when I put more ink I got error message. Since Canon customer service was not helpful at all when I contacted them, I decided to call Orange County Copier Repair instead and that was the right thing to do! I was ready to bring my printer to his office, but Charles gave me some advice over the phone to save my time. When I followed his advice the error message disappeared immediately! I still had a problem printing in color, but when I told him that the same thing happened a month earlier, he said that would fix itself. After doing deep cleaning it started printing in color again! I asked him how much I would owe him and he said "absolutely nothing". I'm deeply touched that nice people like Charles still exist in this world. The least thing I can do to appreciate his knowledgeable advice is to post on Yelp to let others know where to go when they have problems with their printers/copiers, because I'll definitely go to him next time that I have a problem with my printer. Thank you again, Charles!

Just one phone call took my problem away! Charles is a very responsible man who took my call while he was on the other business line and promptly called me back. He listened to my problems of No Copies from my HP Envy 4500, he gave me a few suggestions for self check first, then we would go from there. Prompt! Done! - Self-checked! The problem was caused by "no black ink" - which didn't show on the machine - maybe the ink was from e-bay.

Charles has always been super helpful! I bought a refurbished printer from him a few years back and he still takes my calls. He is super knowledgeable and willing to help me solve my problems! I will buy my next printer from him as well.

Charles has been providing printer repair services and related supplies for my business since its founding in 2004. He has always been pleasant, responsive, honest and capable, but I am not one who generally writes reviews to let others know. However last weekend Charles went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me troubleshoot printer issues I was having right before a major deadline, and I felt compelled to broadcast how awesome he is! Charles responded to my call on a weekend, provided a cable free of charge that I was not able to find at MicroCenter and then spent over an hour on the phone with me attempting different driver downloads as workarounds to the issue at hand. I kept offering to compensate Charles for all of his assistance, but he would not accept payment. So the least I can do is let everyone know that you couldn't ask for a better guy to handle your printer/copier repair needs. He really has YOUR interest at heart when he provides services. Thank you Charles!

I just called and talked to Charles about the problem that I was having with my Xerox 8560. Before charging me a dime, he suggested a couple of quick fixes that I could do myself and Voila! I'm back in business. It sure is nice to find someone who operates is such a selfless way. You can bet I'll call him the next time I need service on my copier. Hip hip hooray for Charles!

Called with a problem with our Toshiba copier. Same day response, great service and reasonably priced. I was impressed, so I requested a maintenance quote so I can continue to do business with them.
