My husband and I went there yesterday to pick up some thing for our daughter. As soon as we got there Keola asked us if we needed help and then he went out of his way for us to be satisfied with our purchase. We are very grateful for the customer service he provided for us.

I called them about my broken HP Laserjet 6000. The tech that answered the phone said "We don't fix printers."I said "It's a high speed business printer. Who can you recommend?" He said "Buy a new one." (click).That's their version of excellent customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered printing online at 11am, order was 40 color copies on regular paper. The website says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. I go in about 3pm and ask for my order, the woman running the copy and print center was arguing with a veteran about his lost packages and said "that's not my problem". I was next, told her my name and order number and she asked me if my order said "done". I explained, well online it said about 20 minute waiting and been about 4 hours. So I hoped it was done. She tells me that it won't be ready until 7pm and that if I didn't get an email then it's not done. Look in not spots, I know when the clutter generates the order it will print or out can print automatically. No one, and I mean no one was behind me. I asked if she can override the computer to print out or since I was expecting it to be done. Again, that winning personality says "I have other jobs and I'm not going to do your job until it's time". Wow. She was about 5'8", Latina, black hair and thick black glasses. I'm really amazed at her customer service when I was the only one in there! I left to the UPS in whittier... the guy printed it for me in about 4 minutes. I told him what happened and he described the woman exactly! He knew about her. Pretty sad. I'll never ever come here again. What a waste of time.

Purchased a laser jet printer that must have been returned. It was missing the black ink and the color toner cartridges were empty. This is a $750+ laser jet printer and the new ink will cost me $400+. I expected more from them...but "nothing they could do since I purchased it longer than 14 days ago." Poor form. Won't be shopping here again.

I went here to pick up my ergonomic chair for my home office. It was on sale, purchased it online and was immediately available for pick up within 20 minutes. As soon as I arrived, I didn't know the process behind curbside pick-up. I kinda went old school and went inside the store to inform them that I'm here for a pick-up. (For future reference, now I know how to opt for the curbside pick-up option and click "I'm here".) Either way, Connor (one of the associates) was very helpful in bringing my new chair to my vehicle. Connor was well prepared with their dolly and the entire box of my new chair. At first, I did everything to put down the rear seats to make way for the box. Unfortunately, the box was too big and wouldn't fit in the trunk nor the rear seats. Thankfully, Connor was quick to think of another solution by removing all parts from the box and placing them into the trunk. I also made sure and checked that there were no defects on all parts of the chair. Props to Connor for being a quick thinker and accommodating upon bringing my order to my vehicle. On the side note, I also like that this location is well stocked on school and office supplies. Another shout out to Pauline for being cheerful and welcoming to customers (like me) at the checkout area.

They have everything you need for your office. From staples to tables. Love that they always have the ink I need in stock. All the employees are always willing to help you find what you need.

The FedEx guy inside office Depot name Logan is the best person I have ever encountered in courier service. Knowlageable, flexible mindset, friendly, helpful beyond and above. I did lot of packing shipping thru various courier service. This is the best experience ever in a difficult situation. I actually went to a different FedEx in LA habra, the manager could not scan and read. Logan has different approach. Problem solved.

I get printing here each month for my job. For the most part picking things up have been easy. The gal that works at this location that's here more than she's not is really great. She always asks those of us in line, if we are for pick up, so if she's busy, She can step away to hand off what ever we've been waiting for. Today she wasn't there. 4 employees standing behind the print counter talking about the mask mandate and paying zero attention to the line now waiting for help at the counter. They looked over a few times, so I know they noticed. Not one asked what we needed. After a good 10 min standing there, they all but 1 walk away to talk some more down an isle. The guy I believe to have been the manager says to us, " we have self serve available". So my comment back "so I can go behind the counter and pick up my order". He didn't walk up to help. I'm really looking for printing options else where. Customer service today was the worst it's been.

This review is for Connor and Connor only. I walked in for online pick up, my order was not on the in store pick up section. Conner quickly came to my help and helped me figure out where my order was. He explained it to me briefly in a way that was easy to understand what happened with my order. He got to the point when he talked to me which I really appreciate since I was in a hurry. He treated me as if my time was so valuable and I really appreciate that. He solved my problem as fast as he could and I really appreciate that. Office Depot is lucky to have Connor on their team.

If Possible to leave a review based solely on today's experience it would give it zero stars. Been coming here for years, always the bad reviews and wondered why. Now I understand: called to verify they have lamination services and was told yes. Upon arrival, I show them a lamination project That requires use of the oversized sized laminator. Was told By several employees that they've never used it before. It was suggested to return tomorrow. 1. I am a dad; 2. tomorrow is Father's Day; 3. I am not available tomorrow. I must specify that I DO NOT blame the employees. In fact, I appreciate their honesty. The problem lies in training of employees at this location. If this is indicative of how much this location value customers, I WILL take my business elsewhere.

I was in desperate need of having two hundred memorial pamphlets printed before the next day I had called around to several different places And Looked online So I decided to go into Office Depot and the staff immediately was super helpful. Jen was the one who greeted us at the copy and print station. She immediately was trying to figure out how she could help us get them so she called over her associate Ulysses and Albert And they came out with a solution and able to even help with the cost a little so it wasn't so heavy on the wallet. We told them how important this was to our family being that every where we tried wasn't willing to help. We can't express how much we are thankful and grateful to the staff for being able to get everything we need done in such a quick and costly manor.

I had purchased a chair from this location- around a year ago- I purchased the protection plan as well. You would think the actual seat would be covered in such a plan as its the only reason to buy a chair (300$ one at that) but I am finding out that is not the case and the employee I spoke to concerning that was of zero help- of course when you mention you can buy a chair anywhere else- expecting some sort of loyalty from the business that you have done business with before- nope none forth-came- just silence and bye. Its horrible and stupid that when people expect a level professionalism and get this instead- its no wonder why so many businesses go out of business.

Great service & reliable. Shelves are fully stocked. Im happy this store sells the printer ink that I need for my HP NV4520 bluetooth printer as Best Buy printer inks are sold out and the shelves are empty, how sad & unreliable Best Buy store is. From now on, Office Depot is my #1 store.
