I usually get a good service here but I can’t say the same for last visit. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming and absolutely no issue there. I paid almost $ 600 to have transmission fluid, break fluid pretty much all fluid flushed and not to mention oil change and filter. However, I don’t think they changed the cabin filters and my car still smells moldy. I was not happy about that.

Ocean Honda in Whittier has professional and friendly staff. I take my car there for service and I have no complaints. The advisers and technicians are very competent in their field and take care of customers in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Oil was changed but tires were not rotated. I mark them so I know if they are changed or not. I don't trust dealerships and this proves why. Supposedly brakes were inspected, but how can the brakes be looked at with the tire still on? If tire was removed to inspect brakes, why was it not rotated? Talked to service manager and all he said was "well I don't have the paper work in front of me. Let me look at it and see if the tech wrote any notes. I will call you tomorrow." It has been 15 days since that conversation. I have called numerous times and he is never there or available. I am told they do not have voicemail. I leave messages with people in service.I give them my name and phone number, but I have yet to get a return call. Does not instill a lot of confidence that any future service will be done honestly and properly. I guess I will have to travel out of my way to take advantage of the free hondacare services that are supposed to be provided as part of the new car purchase. What a disappointment!!!

My experience with them was surprisingly excellent. They were friendly from the start and with different reps. Honda honored the extended warranty and didn’t have anything else to push. I brought in my car early in the morning and was out by late afternoon. They have much higher star ratings than other Honda centers and they seem to be on top of things. I’m glad I went with them.

The staff at Ocean Honda was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and also, time efficient. The facility was nice and clean. The prices could have been more customer friendly, however, these are the new times. You guys did an excellent job.

Everyone is always friendly, makes me feel comfortable, communicates well. I am a new car owner and I tend to have a lot of questions/am unsure about things, but they always help me! I just wish service was a bit quicker (sometimes I am waiting up to 4 hours) but I understand they tend to get busy. Good location too - love that there is a starbucks right across:)

Just had my oil changed in less than an hour! Krystal and Luigi hooked up the excellent customer service as usual! PRO TIP: Arrive at 7:30am for quicker service.
