Wow, I am lost for words! The level of service and professionalism was beyond my expectations. She was able to help me after hours; when everyone advertises 24/7, she really means 24/7, we needed help at 11:30 pm, it was an emergency, and Natalie was there to help, showed up on time, and was very reasonably priced for the time, more importantly, she helped me take care of my needs. Natalie came to our house to sign our closing docs with us for our refinance. She was very professional and very efficient and explained everything to us. After we signed I asked her if she could come back and sign a grant deed for us another day and she offered to do it then and there for free since she was already there. My spouse is going to meet with her next week and look into purchasing life insurance. Thank you Natalie.
