If I could give 0 stars I would, been going to this place for years, started when they were under different ownership. Owner then was always pleasant and had a smile on her face. At least she made the effort to be Polite to her paying customers. Forward now to new owners husband and wife, they are so rude and unprofessional, you would think they could muster a hello when you walk in the door but they just looked at me and said “sit over there” they don’t greet you and they make you feel like your bothering them. I know I keep coming back against my better judgement but today I have had enough of this rude treatment. They really need to think about how they treat their paying customers. Upon paying I wasn’t even offered a receipt from my credit card payment, I proceeded to ask if I could get change so I could leave her RUDE husband a tip and the other technician who did my pedicure she looked at me like I was putting her out I took the change from Her, took a deep breath and proceeded to WALK OUT. I have NEVER not tipped for a service until now. Find yourself a place that they care about their customers and don’t treat them so badly. This place is HORRIBLE

The service was horrible. The lady who did my pedicure was in a rush since there are other clients waiting. That is definitely not a reason to compromise the service I’m paying for. I was not happy with my pedicure at all. I will not recommend this place.

Perfect pedicure!! I am diabetic and need to be real careful getting pedicures. Euphoria nail spa is very good about taking extra care for my diabetic foot care needs! I appreciate them so much!!

1st time here. We were walk ins, they took us immediately, there was no one else there. The people were perfectly nice, the service was nothing more than average. We got mani/pedis, and they were very quick with us. Out the door in 45 minutes . Paid extra for callous removal, spent about 2-3 minutes on that, disappointing . Manicures were fine, but certainly not great. Prices were a little above average. The place was very quiet, we appreciated that.

Got my acrylic nails removed. They didnt soak my nails at ALL. the guy who took them off literally wedged an acrylic nail (???) in between my real nail and my fake nails to peel them off my fingers. As you can see he ripped part of my thumbnail off, and all he did was SUPERGLUE the wound. He didnt even disinfect it. Hella painful. Don't come here Oh also, that acrylic nail that he used to peel mine off? He put it back in the acrylic nail box, so another customer will get that nail. So Unhygienic.

I tried to like this place because they are quick and not usually busy. I tried two different people BUT after getting gel for years I realized they have a horrible gel removal process. It wasn't just how one person practiced. The literally use a drill to scrape off the polish, apply a quick gel polish remover to lift any remaining polish and then scrape the crape out of your nails to remove the polish. I even asked if it was safe because they are removing the top layer of nail and they said it's their process. They said they don't use acetone soaked cotton balls because it takes longer. Nails end up rough and thin as If you peeled it off.

I've came here twice & really like the work they've done. They usually have a little wait time but they are pretty quick at servicing you. They have a great variety of colors & clean stations too. Their prices are great as well. I think I've found my new nail spot!

In July, my sister gave me a $30 gift certificate to Euphoria Nails & Spa in Whittier, Ca. I needed a pedicure and the experience was very nice for a first time customer. The pedicure was for one hour which included removing all the callouses, nail and cuticle trim, hot stones, and massage. My pedicurist was Lisa, who did a nice job and I tipped her well. However, it's August and I definitely needed another pedicure. So I made an appointment with Lisa, but this time I asked for the $25 pedicure. Here's where the experience goes down hill. Lisa insisted I get the $38 pedicure and that I'd be very happy with the results. She explained what I'd get which sounded like the $30 dollar one hour pedicure I got in July. She showed me the pedicure price card. There is no longer a $30 pedicure. The prices jumped from $25, $35, $38 and up. Lisa and I went back and forth on the price not once, not twice, but four times with me. I firmly said $25 is what I want. I could tell she wasn't pleased. My sister warned me don't fall for the hounding, stick to your guns. Her boss was at the next station. And I could tell she was saying something about me. I felt very uncomfortable during my 34 minute pedicure. She definitely did not remove callouses. I definitely, did not get a pedicure worth $25. I heard that the boss at this salon firmly encourages his workers to get the client to pay the highest prices for their services. After all, he has the fancy state of the art nail establishment that comes with a hefty price to maintain. But to have his workers harass the client to pay more is unacceptable, and unprofessional. I recommend you to find a better nail salon that treats their customers with respect and does a nail job worth the money.
