I just started here last week and couldn't be happier. The coaches, Mike and Adina are so nice and they push you in a GOOD way. The clients who have been going for awhile have been so incredibly friendly and open to having me and my friend there. I love the workouts. I feel amazing after. I am just so glad I found this place!

Been going here for 1.5 years now. Mike and Adina are great. They aren't like most trainers. They care about your mental health. They do with what works with your body and your mind. Even during covid, they kept a safely distant environment so we could work out again. I have lost about 40 pounds since joining. I attend classes 3x a week. Everyone there is supportive and cheers you on. I've found a lifetime gym.

I was very hesitant about joining a gym, but 3 years ago I decided to give this fitness studio a try. This was the BEST decision and investment I've ever made. I know it's cliche to say we're like a family, but it's absolutely true!! Mike and Adina are so personally invested in each member's individual needs! I have reached many goals "Body, Mind & Soul" with their training! They are extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do! This gym has changed my life! I would encourage anyone who is serious about their health to join! They are the BEST!!

I'm on week 2 of boot camp and training, I'm so happy i did this it's been a slow start for me but my energy is already high and it's pouring into every part of my life positively I love the 5 am classes gets my day started and I have such a better work day! Thank you Mike and everyone at the studio for being so kind and supportive it's a family your joining here you feel that the second you meet mike. I'm excited for the results ahead already down 12 pounds with bootcamp and better diet and it's only the beginning!!

Fun! Hard, but FUN! I joined MSF 4 months ago after seeing a special rate on IG for 6 weeks. I really liked the coaches, Mike and Adina, and the clients were very friendly and open to new people. Because there is a lot of support for you from coaches who push you to do your best and partners who get it and offer a high five to you when they see you need it the most, you will definitely thrive in this studio. Because of MSF, I have been able to get a handle on my stress, be MORE productive, and I'm happier overall! If you think you don't have time, MAKE time...even if just for 6 weeks. I think you'll decide it was time WELL spent.
