Store location is convenient. Customer service is Amazing! Friendly, kind, and fast. They give you great deals. I had the opportunity with Miss. C.Monique, she is really amazing with answering questions, superb service. Also, Mr. Geo, He too gives amazing service.?

I went to this MetroPCS store to disconnect two phones, unlock one and insert new SIM card so I could use the phone with new carrier. The two gentlemen in store assisted me to do all this he took old SIM card out inserted new SIM card in. Today when I looked at my bank statement it showed that metro took money out through auto pay which I never set up and there was no bill. When speaking to rep she wanted me to remember the date I set up this account and let me know that these lines were still active. I'm not happy it all seems shady. Be aware when using this store.

David hands down gives the best customer service. There's plenty of other metros in my area but the customer service is horrible. This one is worth the drive, they have great prices, they're not money hungry & they want you to leave happy.
