I recently came to activate a phone at this location and they charged me $80 on a service that should have been $27. I called another store \\u0026 they confirmed I was being over charged. This location is scamming its customers.

My phone service has been one nightmare after another since I switched services to Metro PCS at this location. First my service didn’t work right for almost a month, I got over charged on too many occasions, they kept saying through (telephone) customer service I had iPhone insurance (I was being charged for it) yet I’ve been unable to use it. Lies after lies. I need to switch, somewhere I can afford & hopefully get another phone. Ugh frustrating

Not fare you have to pay more when you pay inside the store then online. Do not accept the free tablet, you will be charge more every month for that extra line.

Thank you Emma for the great service especially because it was hard to get around due to block offs in uptown.I explained I needed to hurry because someone was waiting out in the car Emma was fast, answered my questions was very organized while letting her other customer know she would be right with her. Emma also kept her area clean following covid-19 guidelines so Thank you Miss Emma for making me feel comfy in a Metro PCS store.

This is probably the best T-Mobile store I've even been too and the experience I just had. The rep was very helpful in helping my daughters pick out their phones and recommended the best money saving plan as possible, they weren't' pushy and took the time to show the phones and how easy it is to us. Most the the time, reps just try to sell me to close the deal before I get a chance to ask questions, but these guys were very patient, knowledgeable and showed what customer service is truly about. They have the best variety of phone covers and priced very reasonable for the quality, not like the ebay "made in chlna stuff". Say no more and shop no more peeps, this is the place to go and trust me when I say that the owner is nice and with integrity. Thank you fellas and will see you guys soon!

Super good customer service. Staff there are super friendly and helped me with all my questions and needs. Definitely would recommend to others. They have a wide variety of accessories as well which was really nice.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with selecting the right plan for me. They had a really good promo going on for the phone I wanted when I went in too. Seems like this is normal here. Best metro location I've been to
