Avoid this Metro at all costs. I had called in to get the razer flip port deal, and when I came in the girl with red hair didn’t want to sell me the phone because she forcefully wanted to add accessories I did not want. She lost a deal over greed, not a good look for this location. She has to be trained correctly and not be greedy. It was an easy sale for her but she lost it. I know my stuff and she thought she could outsmart me. Never coming back again and will tell others the same.

Geni and Kim where not only kind and pacient but absolutly knowledgeable and up to date on solving my phone issues and restoring my belief and confidence in my sticking with Metro PCSGeni understood my frustration with a long running issue wit my service and phone, she showed me step by step how to set up my new Galaxy A14....Kim was so sharp on log in issues and using my old phone on wifi to retrieve required info, I can only say she is sharp on cell phone technology.Thank you Ladies I will continue to recommend you to the people I care about and to your Store .....Went back today to get help on make some adjustments on my phone.Alissa was Courteous knowledgeable and very helpful....The store is a great store to go to for all your cell phone needs.Chuck C

Kim at this Metro PCS was amazing. She was able to help me when no one else could at this location. Above and beyond service. If you visit this location ask for Kim and she is so helpful. I've been to different locations but I have never experienced her level of service and kindness, deserves a raise or a higher position.Thank you Kim your amazing.

My partner's phone was doing some weird things and we brought it to this location. Geni was super helpful and friendly. She fixed it really fast and explained the problem well. Will definitely be back when we need a new phone!

This is probably the best T-Mobile store I've even been too and the experience I just had. The rep was very helpful in helping my daughters pick out their phones and recommended the best money saving plan as possible, they weren't' pushy and took the time to show the phones and how easy it is to us. Most the the time, reps just try to sell me to close the deal before I get a chance to ask questions, but these guys were very patient, knowledgeable and showed what customer service is truly about. They have the best variety of phone covers and priced very reasonable for the quality, not like the ebay "made in chlna stuff". Say no more and shop no more peeps, this is the place to go and trust me when I say that the owner is nice and with integrity. Thank you fellas and will see you guys soon!
