I had a fantastic experience at this store, thanks to Nicole and Frank from the sales team. Nicole was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to find exactly what I needed. She helped me pick out an adjustable base and even hooked me up with some amazing pillows—they feel great! Frank was also a huge help throughout the process, making sure everything went smoothly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for quality products and exceptional service, definitely ask for Nicole and Frank. I had no idea how many options there are today when choosing a mattress, but Nicole did a fantastic job explaining the differences and helped me pick out the perfect one.
I found a comfortable mattress. It was within my budget. Overall it was a smooth and easy experience. Mattress firm has many choices to choose from and budget friendly.

We bought a mattress on Memorial Day weekend of this year from Marisol, which was an easy process! After doing research into return policies and fees of online mattress retailers and wanting to test mattresses in store, we decided to go with Mattress Firm for their friendly, no pressure service, selection of hybrids, and the ability to return easily if needed. Marisol was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was very patient with us in answering all our questions. Any question she couldn’t answer she took the time to get that information. She went above and beyond. ☺️ The delivery and removal of old mattress went well too. Excellent service, modern selections, and lots of in store locations! Highly recommend!
