The owners responded to the yelp review to defend himself but couldn't simply respond to a text message. Claiming "we were rude and yelling". I never spoke to them via phone call. My friend did. I contacted them through email & text only. Everything was in writing and respectful on my end as I am the main one that made the reservation VIA EMAIL. You spoke to the wrong person & are accusing me of an interaction that did not happen Jose! A friend of mine called before I had reached out to confirm with this company but the "owner" Jose was laughing to his colleagues in the background while speaking to him & dismissing my friend while trying to resolve the issue & figure out what was going on. Your company is unprofessional and ran by illegitimate business practices. Please get your facts straight before lying to protect the company.

Rented twice from them and machines were broken. The staff even admitted they knew before dropping off. No refunds given from company.

Leslie Party Rental has and continues to deliver. I’ve been using Leslie Party Rental for a few years now and I must say they do an exceptional job from José Luis, Letty, to their drivers and all their workers. The leadership and professionalism of José Luis and Letty is noticeable in the business and how their dedication in the love of Leslie Party Rental is present. Whether it's a birthday, baptism, baby shower or any special event, all you can think about is finding the perfect or close to perfect party company. José Luis, Letty and their team have done that in bringing my vision into life. I've used them for jumpers, tables, chairs, canopy’s, linens, and water slides. They are reliable, great communication and always on time. I’ve had last minute items to be added and like I’ve said; they delivered. They are a one stop shop has everything you need to host a party. I will continue to call them for ALL of my party needs. I HIGHLY recommend Leslie Party Rental for your next and future party.

Rented in the past and a machine was broken...was told I could get a free future rental. I called for more rentals and was not given the replacement. Had a jumper delivered for another party and it had a large hole in it. I called and spoke with the driver and was told it was fine and they just didn't have time to patch it but would have the jumper refunded.. No refund was given and they didn't recall saying they would refund me. Dishonest company. Will not use again.

My family and I have been renting from Leslie's for 5+ years now, and I won't rent anywhere else! There have been times where I have asked them for an emergency order, JUST HOURS BEFORE A PARTY, and they squeezed me in! They are so accommodating, humble, and professional! I highly recommend them! Oh and their delivery guy Matt is such a sweetheart!Thank you all for making my parties happen and having such an amazing business! You got yourselves a forever customer!!!?

The scheduling was quick and easy! They speak Spanish too. Affordable and on time with drop off and pick up! Would recommend everyone check them out for their next party they really do have great prices!

First time renting tables and chairs from Leslie's party rental. I also ended up renting a popcorn machine at a reasonable price. Leslie was very professional and answered my questions. She was available via text and phone. The delivery drivers were also very professional. I did not need to go to her store. Everything was done via phone and she delivered and picked up the items I rented. I definitely recommend. Leslie was the cheapest in the area but that does not take away from her great service.

I've been using Leslie's since my kids were little and now they are adults, never disappointed. Prices are competitive, they are friendly and easy to work with, my go-to favorite rental company.

Poor customer service. I stopped by the location during advertised business hours and it was closed. It was middle of the day on Saturday. I called and left a voicemail as well as followed up via text. My initial text stated I went by the location to place an order but it was closed. The response was "sorry, we're closed for today". I was not asked anything about my potential order. I then asked for package information. The response was their Sunday hours and go to Leslie's Party Rental. I again asked for more information on their packages and sent a screenshot of a package I found online. NO RESPONSE.
