Say online close at 12 am. They have a sign posted everywhere saying it closes at 12 am, last wash 10:30pm. Guy working there says it closes at 10pm.

This place supposedly closes at 12 midnight but I came here at 10:20 to wash my clothes.As I put all my clothes in the washer and put soap the old man mopping the floor says no you can't wash anymore. This was very upsetting as I had already put all my clothes and soap on top. He was very rude and unprofessional. Never coming back to this place again.

I could give cero but this place is shit. This place is going to fucking hell there's almost no air conditioner and u waste like 100 bucks in a regular wash that cost about 60I wish they close this fucking shithole this is a fucking ugly ass shit business at least let dryers have more heat and more time

Washers are great! Made my clothes so clean and blankets. I used the 90lb washers ($8.00)for my blankets and the 40 lb (4.75)for the clothes. Used 55lbs ( .25 per 6 mins) dryers 2 for the blankets and thru all the clothes in 1. Attendant on premises. Clean

I went yesterday to wash and dry my clothes and after I put the clothes to dry for an hour the old lady there told me they closed at 11 AFTER I was getting back in the car, when online they said they closed at 12. I returned to pick up my clothes at 10:45 and the dryers still had 30 min left. The old lady was staring at me to hurry up after I just gave her some good business (since I had a lot of clothes to be washed) and would continue to tell me 11. She yelled at my boyfriend for walking down an isle they just mopped when there were no signs saying the floor was wet, the sign was actually folded up against the janitor or office door on the other side of the laundromat. Since they were kicking me out at 11 I had to stop my clothes with time still on the dryer and I asked the lady for my quarters back and she denied me and was cussing me out in her language. Then I asked the old man who was sitting in the car smoking a cigarette and he gave me 2 quarters back when all the time I had left equaled to a dollar or more. The point is not the money, the point is they failed to provide me, a customer, with good customer service and I will not be returning. I have been going here for about a year and they lost a loyal customer. They created safety hazards and they went against what they had online. They need to update their hours if they are closing early.

0 stars. I've been coming here for 12 years and these con artist continue raising prices for the last two months. What use to be 3.50 to wash raised to 4 dollars and then 4.75. They try to be sneaky with the dryers (which do not even dry) which use to dry 12 minutes for a quarter, then they modified the time to 10 minutes forcing you to put in another quarter, today I discovered they lowers the time to 8 minutes for a quarter. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, DO NOT GIVE THESE CON ARTIST OR ANOTHER LAUNDRY FACILITY YOUR MONEY!!! ITLL ONLY ENCOURAGE THEIR BULL$ht. they thought they were making more profit but they're now losing my 23 dollars a week. I'll wash at my apartments which takes longer but doesn't bend me over for a basic convenience

Let me start off with I'd rather did laundry in my apartment complex with one washer and waited all day to wash 5 loads. The facility here is quite dirty I could see why it's pretty empty. I usually go to another laundry mat but unfortunately that was fully packed and I could see why it is well taking care of somebody on the facility always cleaning up and sanitizing. I cannot say that about this place. I feel like after washing my laundry I have to rewash it again at home because there is so much trash hairs and stuff on the floor. This place is big enough and I like that it's not expensive but they could really work on Maintaining the property and cleaning around here. There was no paper towels and no hansoap to even wash your hands. At least sanitiziner. Im not a Germaphobe but at least something. The trash was full, really horrible. I didn't even want to use the restroom. I've been here before a few times but never have I seen it like this. It was the roach that did it for me. :( Really needs cleaning

(July 18th, 2022) Nice place. People are friendly. The washing machines do the load fast. The first 20lb washing machine I used stole $0.50. One dryer doesn't work very good. But my biggest concern is that there are mandatory mask wearing signs at both entrances and with covid spiking again, nobody is wearing masks.

Dirty as f*** theres paper towels all over the place. The washing machines are full of dirt. When I opened one it smell like sweat. So nasty do not come here.

This place is horrible, I got a faulty washer that never washed my clothes with the detergent, there was no attendant in sight and the numbers available to call- one is disconnected and the other one doesn't answer with a full mailbox- DONT COME HERE!
