I emailed them directly because I couldn't find the information I wanted elsewhere; I assume because it would involve work. I wanted to get some info on the fitment of the correct pads on my car and was put in contact with someone who answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly. My impression of this company is so good it warranted a review. Thanks

I am writing this because I was an idiot who thought the pads weren't fitting as this was my first time doing it on my own and it turns out i had to compress the caliper and I told them and they called me and walked me through every step. As someone who grew up without anyone to teach me these things I greatly appreciated that and they even sent me a follow up email of everything they went over with me. If that is not customer service then i don't know what is. I will recommend to everyone I know. Wish I can give more than 5 stars!!
