I’m glad that they built this Kaiser so I don’t have to go all the way to Downey which is a giant mess I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff here and with my doctor. I’m changing my plan this open enrollment period after two years of membership. My disappointment is not with the Whittier location. The problem is Kaiser as a whole and how workers and patients are treated.
