Came here after I got a flat from a pothole. They were one of the few places open at the time. I called to see if they had my tire, they had a used one at a very good price (run flat) & said they could allow AAA to drop me off. Even with AAA running late, they still allowed me to come even though it was close to closing. They were very busy! They got to me as fast as they could & even allowed SOMEONE ELSE to come after closing hour! The lady who took my payment allowed me to add a tip for the workers as well! ?? While waiting, i was able to watch them interact with other customers & what others may perceive as being rude, I saw a very busy team who were straight to the point to keep things moving ?? And they had the proper tire. My experience was amazing here!

Sadly it's true. They post good deals on offer up but the moment you bring it up to them they have no idea what you're talking about. They'll try to sell you a half used set FOR THE SAME PRICE!!! I noticed the today the next day that the set they sold me literally has MULTIPLE plugs in each of the 4 tires. Ya'll trying to kill me? DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I have purchased tires on multiple occasions at Joshua's tire shop! It's a small shop but they have a huge inventory of tires and have always considered them a fair price

What's busy. They help me out right away. cash is King here. Unfortunately they did not have a tire size for my SUV 265 70 r18?. They did have three used tires for it but will have to wait a week for the fourth one. For $350. Careful on exiting out if you're going backwards. Traffic doesn't slow down??. Three lane of traffic.

Bait and switch. If you go to them through offer up prepare to try to get sold on something else that you didn't set up an appointment for. Also do some research on the tires you buy from them. Check for recalls and production dates. Their offer up inventory doesn't match up with their store inventory and you might end up wasting your time.

I was quoted 80 dollars by the suppose manager for two USED tires. It was an emergency and I honestly did not have much money on me that day. When the tires were on my car, he changed his mind and instead charged me 160 dollars, for USED tires! That's unbelievable. I wish I would of told him to take them off, but I really had somewhere to be. Please avoid this place, I am very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone as it is very clear management is very dishonest and unprofessional.

All facts:Called for a pair of brand new tires - 185/65/15. Carlos Luna said he had two new Goodyear tires for $145.00 available.When I arrived 40 minutes later, suddenly, he comes out with two "Supermax" Chinese tires, not Goodyear. Tried to convince me they were just as good as Goodyear with 600 tread.(Supermax sells for $34 on Amazon. He wanted $145 for two)I called him out on his blatant lie. He wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time.We need to support our Latino and Black community with honesty and kindness, not lies.***Beware*** All tires have a 6 year expiration date. Check the DOT on the tire. Double check prices on Amazon.Don't get tricked and ripped off.

Talked to Cuevas he said he has two full set of tires I'm looking for available... drove 1 hour and half to get there and all of the sudden the tires no longer are available... such a waste of time... customer service is trash here... do not buy or work with these guys.

I responded to one of their ads they had posted on OfferUp that states they had a set of 245/40/18 tires. I messaged them explaining I live in San Diego (which is a couple hours away) and to let me know if they still have these specific tires so I could come pick them up. They replied confirming "yes we still have them, come down and ask for Carlos." So I drove 2 hours to get the tires, only to find out they didn't have the tires and the ones they had were two sizes too small. They tried to sell me two other sets which ended up not even being matching sets. What a waste of time and gas! They need to update their ads and not waste people's time, I feel like they knew they didn't have the tires and they figured I would buy one of the other sets they had because with drove all that way.

Talked to Cuevas he said he has 2 full set of tires I was looking for available... drove 1 and half hours to get there and all of the sudden tires are no longer available... very rude and inconvenient... do not recommend working with Joshua's Tires and buying from them... they straight up lied to me.

Those guys are so fast that they forgot to tight one of my rav 4 wheels. I don't know how I'm still alive Be carefull and check your tires very well because you don't know reason tires where remove from other vehicle

Came to buy some tires I seen on offer up found some tires that looked good. I asked for a receipt the guy said the tires had 90 % life i asked him to bring a new tire next to it and i showed him he was wrong he said they were 90% thread . He was lieing so we looked for another set.He found some yokohamas they appeared to look in good condition. So he put those on my car.2 days later I noticed that one of the tires was low so upon my inspection I noticed cracks on the side walls and tears on all 3 tire .I brought them back to the shop asked them to to see what they could do for me since this could potetionaly be dangerous. The owner rudely said I can put some new tires and you could pay the difference. I said no i want the same set even if its a different brand . He ended up telling me they will all be different. The owner was very quick to tell me there was no warranty on theses tires and defended shop by saying all used tires have cracks and defects this must be his sales pitch. So remember all used tires have cracks and defects and no warranty dont buy tires here they are not a good business they take advantage of you. I will now tell my 500 accounts about this expireance so that they can get the word out about this business cheating people. I should also report them to the BBB.

Called for 4 run flat tires they said they had it in stock, drive 45 min to this location, they tell me they don't have the tires in stock. They start trying to sell me different brand and sizes. I ask if they had those sizes I asked for He starts telling me that everywhere I go I have to ask for proof of the tires to make sure they have it I don't know how this guys run a business. I will never step a foot in the place again.

You've been warned. Stopped by after seeing a deal on OfferUp to find out that it wasn't available when I got there and the person tried to up sell me something else. Looks like a bunch of kids working there, overall completely waste of time.
