This was my first time in any Home Goods store. They have alot of stuff all cramped into a small area. Prices are a little on the high side. They carry everything you could possibly need for your home & outdoors.
I found staff not to be friendly or helpful. It's clean, but overwhelming. It's hard to appreciate the inventory because it's all piled on top of each other. I will try going to a different location when the need arises.

I'm basing this experience on previous visits to other HomeGoods in the area and how this particular location compares - this one being my least favorite, but most convenient as far as distance. The selection is not as expansive as compared to other locations however, being that it is so close to my house I do enjoy their standard offerings such as seasonal decor and gift wrapping. I find their employees to be helpful only to a certain extent..they don't really go out of their way to look for something or to ensure they have the piece of inventory that the customer is seeking. Check out is pretty uneventful in that other cashiers in comparable locations are pretty chipper and conversational whereas there's minimal interaction here. Not a deal breaker but just a detriment vs. an enhancement to the shopping experience. Oh and it's incredibly stuffy at this location! Management needs to look into their air conditioning unit! It makes for an unpleasant time here, sadly.

This is to the worker that walked over to myself and her coworker while I was asking where I could find a product . Thank you so much for your help I loooved "Yeah this is in the big ticket area, so good luck finding it " Even though we're standing in the big ticket item section already and I mean, common sense would imply that I'm asking because I in fact cannot find it. I loved how I stood there confused but was fortunate enough to hear you and the nice girl that was going to help me talk about ice cream. It was just so awesome. Thank you. Two thumbs up. By the way. The chair was not in fact in the big ticket section Why? Because the other worker ,that was kind enough to take a second to glance at my screen, let me know I was in the incorrect store because I'm an idiot. Holler to the lady that did help me though, you were awesome.
