Car was towed to this lot after being hit in a parking lot. Christian helped me out and he was quick with getting things sorted out for me. Fun family vibes amongst all the workers at this company. Everyone was super friendly and checked in to see if I needed help. Was even tossed a bag of chips to snack on!

Very happy with my experience with Haddick’s. They had someone out to my residence to tow my vehicle to a local shop for a reasonable rate within 30 minutes of me calling. Andre was friendly and efficient, and called me once the car was dropped off at the shop so I could coordinate with them from there. Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

Unfortunately I was in a really bad car accident and was T-boned and broke my legs. July 2nd, 2022 is when my car was taken here. I had my father call the tow yard the 3rd to see when I can take my car out..but they said to my dad I couldn't take it out till the 5th Tuesday and then proceeded to gave my dad a quote of 620$. I was in the hospital so I had him call for me. So on Tuesday I show up only for them to tell me I could have gotten my car out ANYTIME. They even claimed my dad did not question about getting my car out, if he didn't ask why did the manager give a $620 quote...? So unfortunately I had to pay the 620$ when they LIED TO ME. I'm a poor nursing student. They definitely took advantage of me and the money I didn't have. This tow yard will scam you and make you leave ur car longer when it's unnecessary just to take your money for "storage" people at the front desk were terrible and lied. Have some sympathy too I was in the hospital unconscious and the manager lied to my dad to gain a buck $$$

Horrible service will steal from you and take advantage of you , they make up new rules everyday. Don't know their own schedule online hours don't match what they tell you. Take2 hours just to get to their own job disrespectful thieves working for the company. Special place in hell for people like you owner should be ashamed of running such a shady business preying on misfortune of others I hope karma comes around twice as hard on this business full of losers. Only come here if you want to get scammed

My car broke down and I called AAA to have my car towed. They dispatched a tow driver by the name Armando and he was a tremendous help. Dropped off my car to the local shop and even gave me a ride home. Overall, had a great towing experience.

My mom's car battery was dead again and thought we needed a tow to get the battery replaced but Armando let me know that it was an AAA battery that should still be under warranty and I could save some money. He was super polite and explained the workings under the hood for me as he showed me how to add water to the battery and jump it. Just a kind person who takes the time. Thank you!
