Was on a ride and quickly realized I needed my rear derailleur fixed/adjusted, they took my bike and fixed it on the spot, something most bike shops in the area won't do.

As soon as I showed up on my bike the owner was talking smack to his buddies about me not knowing how to lock my bike up. But that's not it my girlfriend came in yesterday and purchased some stuff and it didn't work and I came in today to exchange it and he wouldn't let me his words "I measured it myself I thought it would work" well if he thought it would work and it doesn't then why not exchange it. No he was going to make me pay the difference. So un professional every other word was a curse word... definitely not going to recommend to anybody.

WISE, HONEST, & PATIENT.HELPED ME LEARN TO SWAP OUT TUBES. PROVIDED TUBES FOR FIRST 3 BIKES SO FAR (RALEIGH, NISHIKI AND BIANCHI)CLOSED ON SUNDAY OR WOULD HAVE GOT MY FIRST BIKE HERE INSTEAD GOT RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO ELSEWHERE WHEN A NOOB.EASILY ACCESSIBLE ON BIKE.PLENTY OF STORES AROUND FOR SHORT WAIT PERIODS.

The staff at G's are true experts who deliver wonderful service at a great price. I had G's Cyclery & Wheels apply complex upgrades on my Michael Blast Greaser e-bike--and the crew applied the upgrades perfectly and timely. In fact, the crew was so quick that it caught me off-guard--I expected a week's turnaround, but they had it ready in a couple days!

Super over priced. I asked for someone to adjust my front brake caliper to widen it so it doesn't eat up my rim withe the brake pads and the guy said 20$. Went somewhere else for 10$ Horrible...
