The last two times we've bought from Ginza Florest. The flowers were half dead and looks like a child put the arrangement together. Too expensive for the crappie flowers and job Ginza Florist provided. What happened to Ginza?? Did you change ownership?? You lost a customer.

I was in need of 3 floral arrangements for a funeral on Aug 12th. We have used Ginza before, and were always very happy with them. This was no different--Brent provided wonderful service. He took my order with all the 'particulars'. On the event day, the arrangements were delivered promptly--the flowers were beautiful and fresh. They even shared a picture of the delivered flowers. Beautiful flower arrangement/display at the service and loved by the Family. The flowers had a wide selection of colorful purples. Delivered promptly as promised. Brent was very helpful and understanding with my order so late in the evening for next day early delivery.

I realized last minute I needed to order flowers for a funeral service. Called Ginza and found they could deliver the following day no problem. Brent provided great customer service. He shared a picture of the flowers that were being sent and was very helpful! Flowers were fresh and arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!

So on Monday I ordered a same day delivery Ginza was contracted through "From You Flowers" when I asked my girlfriend to send me a picture of the Bouquet it only had maybe 1/4 of the roses and carnations that should have been in it. Also the candy that was delivered with it was old, moldy and Rancid . I voiced my concerns to From you Flowers and felt Ginza was just cutting corners giving out dated candy and a thrown together bouquet.

After having issues with another flower shop, I was able to visit Ginza, and place a custom order for a 50 pc bouquet of carnations. My wife loved it and the results where just what I expected, will be coming here in the future! Saved Valentine's Day!
