My boyfriend went to cash his check that his BOSS gave him and they accused him of theft. Not only did he have his ID but he was also in his WORK UNIFORM that said the same company as the check. They called his boss to make sure it was "accurate" but we've never experienced this before anywhere.

What a great banking experience. I work with the Orange branch and the San Diego branch. Opened accounts back in 2022. The transparency with this bank exudes confidence in the banking industry. Response to emails is quick. Response to questions by phone is quick. I go on vacation and I know they will take care of any situations that arise and will alert the proper people in my organization. I work with the San Diego office and have to say that this bank is AMAZING! The service is impeccable and by far superior than any Wells or BofA or Citibank. I also applied for a business loan and they got it done in less than 45 days with rates and fees better than the regional banks. I saved thousands in fees compared to the offer presented to me by the regional banks. Bravo to the management team! I highly recommend you give them try.

We recently switched to this bank and opened business and personal accounts. I have been extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided. They've helped us with wire transfers, getting new checks ordered, setting up autopays and ACH, reaching out to us to get a check scanner installed, setting personalized check deposit limits to allow our business deposits to clear easily. Dania and Magda, in particular, have spent hours with us helping whenever needed as we got everything in place and to do recent wire transfers for a business matter. In this world of big banks where everything is impersonal and you can never reach someone at the branch to help, this bank has been a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I run a small business and have had an excellent experience with Friendly Hills Bank. We went to them for business banking / credit and their bankers were top rate, communicated well, and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to customize solutions for my business situation and I felt valued as a customer. I have banked with several of the larger banks, and the attention I got from this smaller institution, including from senior executives, was unparalleled. Overall, I have received outstanding service, so if you have a small business you should be banking with them!

In todays world, most banks don't have a personal relationship with their clients. Friendly Hills Bank is not like typical banks. When I call the bank it is like calling an old friend. I recently had a situation where I needed to make a deposit inside the bank. Due to COVID restrictions they limit how many people can come inside. I called ahead and was met at the door by Ana and she took care of me right away. I can't think of any other bank that would provide that type of service. If I ever need anything I can reach my account representative LaDonna or Petra. The bank president Jeff Ball has put together the best team of bankers in the business! I highly recommend using this community bank. It is the way banking should be. Thanks FHB Team for always taking care of me!

This bank is one that we "thought" would provide better service than Wells Fargo. This is not the case. Not only did they provide my personal social security number to another institution without authorization, an utter and complete security breach, , I feel that Jeff Ball is an ego driven CEO. You can decipher this by the structure of his e-mail communications. As business owners who carry large balances at your tiny bank, you think you would go the extra mile to ensure SmartRise Elevator Service is happy with your bank institution and not talk down to the officers of the corporation. Looks like we will be moving to another bank after being a customer for a few short months. I would caution any business to do your research before embarking on the monumental task of changing banks and stay away from Friendly Hills bank.

No customer service on the weekends and they shut my card off on Friday. Left me completely high and dry. Worst bank ever.
