This place is awful, they just waste your time and money, they did my truck without my consent and broke my parts until I came to the office angry with them, then they said they ordering already…. Been 4 days without this… go find another place to fix your truck, don’t come here

Stay away from this place. Absolutely unprofessional staff. Every time there are different stories, for 2 weeks we still don't know what's wrong with truck. I ask Hugo for general manager, he transfer me to Ricky who also not a GM.I don't recommend going there, waste of time and money. I hope president or GM will reach me in near future.

The first time I took my truck to this repair shop, I laid out the issues: 1. The coolant temperature was running high; 2. Gas was bubbling out of the coolant tank; 3. The truck felt sluggish. They charged me two hours for a diagnostic check and then had the guts to tell me they couldn't find any issues. I told them that couldn't be right and asked if they even did a damn head gasket test to check for problems. Next day, they come back saying, "Oh, we found something, need more inspection," and they want another eight hours of labor fees. After the inspection, they hit me with a whopping bill of over 10 grand.Fast forward a month of waiting for repairs, the day I finally get the truck back, what do I find? Coolant leak, right there. I rush back to them, and guess what they say? "Oh, looks like a connection wasn't tightened." Next day, they're like, "All good, fixed it." But guess what? I take it for a spin, still leaking coolant, and the temperature's still sky-high.I head back to them, and they want to charge me another two hours just to take a look. I'm like, "Hold up, that's not happening," and after a heated argument, they finally back down from charging me this time. They say the high temperature has nothing to do with the head gasket they changed and they've swapped out the leaking pipe. But get this, they tell me if I want them to check again, it's gonna cost me more. I'm left scratching my head – dropped so much cash and the darn issues aren't fixed, and they still want more money?So, I'm done. I've lost all trust in this dealership. I decide to get a second opinion from another repair shop, and what do they say? The mess-up might be from the head gasket replacement the first guys did. I waste no time taking my truck back to those clowns and guess what they say? Yup, two more hours of inspection fees. This whole saga's cost me two months of my time, energy, and a boatload of cash. Here's my advice, folks: steer clear, avoid this place like the plague.

I brought my truck here on July 12 for alignment. Took the whole day and cost me over $600. When I pick up truck, they said they fix the alignment. It was still the same! The truck still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is still Crooked to the left. I brought it back the next day and the mechanic couldn't do anything to fix it. I called them to let them know that the problem still persist. The lady who I talked to said "there's nothing I can do, you already drove the vehicle, that's the way it is." Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend the place. This place is a rip off.I took my truck to another shop. It took only 3hrs to fix the alignment and half the price of what I paid in this horrible place. Not to mention this other shop's customer service is a 10.Velocity Truck Center Whittier's customer service is 0.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

Horrible service . Body repairs took an extra month because they didn't have a painter for weeks . Just kept my truck sitting and didn't offer any type of discount due to the delay on their part

Questions for VTC reguarding parts: Why dont you have website parts availability lookup when i have the part # ? It would be so great to look up and pay for will-call orders... I know i can call but Ive found (when looking up parts) that misunderstandings over what I want led to wrong part ordered.. If i was able to see the exploded parts view by serial # I think it would be a great help? Am I asking for too much? Respectfully, Tanker Dave

Very poor service, the time between ordering parts and labor time is incredibly slow. They told me a time frame and passed it by double. They will promise you great service and never give it. They don't care how much money you're losing by having you're truck with them.They are also very unorganized, they don't communicate with each other and it shows. Poor management, they cost me thousands and they can care less.. If you value your business please do not go here. I spoke with other customers and these 3.5 starts on Google don’t match up . They won’t even claim the business on yelp so they can’t get bad reviews . Google is different . You’re better off with a mom n pop who will value you’re business

dropped of the truck, then accepted all the sharp estimate, paid on the phone 8k, because they can’t keep the truck longer until I get back to the town and I have to pay right away so they can keep it a bit longer without 50$ a day storage fee, then canceled my work paid 100$ for uber got here to pick up the truck, 1-air leak still there (paid 9h of labor for diag and repair) 2-light on the dash still on (3h of labor to remove it)3- engine light came on and turned the truck off as soon as I left( paid 4h and 6h of labor for diag and repair, they said we test drove it everything is good, ready for pick up) 4- truck pulling to the right (paid 500$ for alignment, it was not pulling to the right before drop off). not complaining but sharing my true experience.
