Celina was AMAZING! Right when I walked in she approached me with such a great attitude and her customer service was a 10/10. She was super helpful in guiding me through the process of sending my rug back successfully! Definitely coming back to this FedEx for more returns in the future!

No hello, no greeting, no help; 4 employees on the clock...they saw me, including their lead person...OK, so yelp needs 85 characters to leave a review, I will expand: walking into a store with four employees nobody greeting you nobody looking at you being ignored at the counter when you just want to ask a simple question for two minutes is not acceptable.When you're gonna go in and ask for some really good detailed copy and print services, do you want somebody that is going to pay attention to the quality that you're gonna deliver? and if you're starting place is ignoring customers when they walk in, well never mind my business then.

I was in and out in less than five minutes. I got a list of instructions from the manufacturer of how to return an item for repair...completely confusing. I handed the barcode to Gloria. She taped up my box and placed the label. Again, in and out in less than five minutes. After a Saturday filled with errands, this was the quickest one I completed. Thanks, Gloria!

I needed pictures printed as a valentines gift for my wife. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to sizing and how to work the copy machines (I'm sleep deprived due to being a mama to twins lol), and usually my wife helps me. Gloria D. was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time in helping me to make sure I was happy with my prints. Not only was she beyond helpful, but super nice. She made my experience at this location great. I'm definitely coming back here when I want my tandem feeding picture put on a poster.

Had to ship out an item with a prepaid label and everyone was very friendly, helpful and nice. Very professional employees & clean office. Will definitely be back if I have any shipping needs.

Alex did such a great job helping me with my packages. I had a to of them to ship out and she was patient, allowed me to get shipping rates to see if they could arrive sooner and just was great to talk to. Great customer service at this location all around and everyone was working really hard.

I walked in to this location on Wednesday, 3/9, and was in a rush to print something. Turns out I hadn't saved my document in the correct format. I walked over to the counter and was met by Marcos who immediately jumped in to help. Noemi, his colleague was also incredibly helpful! Not only did they help me reformat my document they were able to get everything printed for me that evening. This isn't the first time I have visited this location, all of my other visits have been just as great. Thanks again to Marcos and Noemi!

I came in here to do a happy return. It was my first time doing one and my first time at this location. It was a Saturday evening an hour before closing. I was nervous of the service I would get. Thankfully I was helped by a very nice lady who completed my return and was very friendly.
