The Asians who serve here, I don't know if they are the owners, but what bad service they have, they had been shopping there for more than 8 years, this time was the last one, they treat people badly, from their employees to their clients.

Firstly, this is a complaint on the business directly, and not the employees. Secondly, not only is the clothing cheaply made and expensive, but their return policies and exchange policies are ridiculous. I bought my item on the 3rd of this month & it’s the 20th today and item still has tags. They also have the same brands that they do at Ross such as “wax jeans”, other fast fashion brands & swap meet style clothing for twice the price and you can’t even return them if they don’t fit right. I only purchase here when I’m in desperate need, & don’t care about the price, quality or style.

They sell Plus sizes here and have a large selection. I purchased one item. Not very friendly but when I asked for an item they helped me. Would return for the selection. Cheap prices know clothing is not high quality,

They're so rude here. The middle aged Asian lady asked the older Asian lady to open the fitting room for me and she straight out said "No." But she had let the white lady in front of me use it.

I come in here a lot to buy stuff. I had a handful of clothes today and I asked if I could have the dress off the mannequin since it was the last one. The girl working straight told me no, it was store policy not to and I would have to wait until they changed the mannequin. I explained I know it's a pain and that I dont need to try it on I will just buy it, she still said no and pretended to be busy rearranging hangars. She was so rude, I should have talked to a manager but I didn't want to be a karen. I put down the $50+ worth of stuff i was going to buy and left. Hire competent workers.

Bad customer service from owners. The employees look scared of them ?and always hovering over them. If they don't hurry enough to attend customers they shove them aside and rush to do it themselves. Very rude managers/owners

The owner is so rude! She talks horribly her employees, they’re young and impressionable! A bad leader. The owner literally took my clothes from my hands and did not let me try on clothes, she only “allows” dresses. That’s very odd, she lost a big sale. I had over 10 items in my hand. I walked out and didn’t buy anything. Let’s hope she starts getting it together and understands her 14 day return policy might not even withhold that cheap clothes if she doesn’t allow clothes to be tried on.

This store has great clothes and prices also sweet employees but the attitude of the owner is horrible! Just experienced the way she talks down to her employees. She needs to learn how to be better with her employees before they all walk out on her.

I thought the fitting rooms were open sense last time they were, I went in an I didn’t have anything on but underwear. I was getting undressed to leave an the ASAIN lady TRYS to unlock it an I tell her to hold on so I can finish an put my clothes on but she kept trying to open it an I’m a minor? My mom was trying to get her to stop an she didn’t stop she kept trying an THATS when we explained she has to stop bc i only have underwear on . The store also has bad clothing for everybody but the ‘skinny’ girls.

They charged my card twice for a transaction since the first time I swiped my card it "failed". First they refused to acknowledge me, but they eventually said it was my bank that made the mistake. Called the bank, they laughed, and gave me back my money saying it was 100% the stores fault.
