I was so appreciative of the time and attention we received from Roseanne the assistant Branch Manager. She definitely went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my daughter's account. It was a huge relief. This is a very personable and helpful group and I witnessed their care and attention to members needs the entire time I was there.

Friendly and efficient employees. F&A is the best. I've been a member for 35 years. They counted several large buckets of coins for using their coin counter with no charge or fees. CoinStar would charge 11 cents on the dollar. The girls took the buckets in without hesitation and cut me a check. If you want a professional credit union where the bankers are never uptight or unprofessional, then look no further. F&A is the number one institution to choose. They truly take care of their members. They will never do or say anything to upset a member. They are the most helpful employees that I know. I canceled Bank of America because of poor service. I would NEVER stop being a member of F&A. They are the BEST in the country.

They are terrible and they are incompetent. We don’t live nearby, but we needed to deposit a check into a trust account. We called ahead for instructions. After driving 80 miles we were told these instructions were not correct. The employee was not apologetic at all. Then we were told something entirely different had to be done, We will be pulling funds out there as soon as humanly possible. The employee we spoke with was rude, and instead of apologizing, made a snotty remark. I would never recommend this place.

(zero stars)...omg worst experience i'm receiving right now... i have been having problems with seeing my bill pay it's been months...i haven't been able to make any changes on my own because of this new third party vendor both of my accounts were merged & that causing a problem when i need to call. i called on 08/11/22 spoke with someone name wendy i asked wendy to stop a payment due to come out wendy informed me she was unable to make that change & would i like to speak to someone about it & i said yes.. however the payment came out anyway being & i never received a call back & i still had no access to make changes... that caused a downfall of issues & this is my livelihood.... i received a call from danielle on 08/30/23 whom has been the best with assisting me with this matter.. danielle called to inform me that the problem has been resolved as of 08/30/23(thank you danielle)... wendy did not inform danielle that i did need help.. in fact she stated i did not... now receive a call from call center supervisor roberta.. all roberta offered me to push my car payment back until 10/23 being i'm a little over which that will accrue extra interest.she areed it will... how is that helping me? putting me further in a whole with something else.. why do i have to make that kind sacrifice? when it's f&a who messed everything up for me.. i didn't screw this up the bank did.. i can't take this bs anymore i can't believe my bank failed me.. it's a pain in the ass to even navigate this new system as is... wtf this has stressed me tf out

Ran my credit before even checking anything said I Qualified at first then a few day later theycalled and said I was declined because my pay stub didn't qualify , gave me a hard inquiry for 2 years for no NO loan for nothing straight scam place

Interestingly awkward experience. Went into the Whittier branch to make a deposit for an F&A Member earlier today, and was greeting with.... well I wasn't greeted at all. So I am standing there... and standing there (teller looks up at me)..... and then standing there some more until one of the tellers does the one finger "come here" motion and says "NEXT". One of the tellers was counting cash, so I get that, but not a be right with you, someone will be with you shortly, just a moment, nothing. Mind you I am the only person in line and the teller windows are 6 about feet in front of you. Once at the window, I let the teller know that I would like to make a deposit for one of their Members and without any eye contact says "Member number, driver license". It was the same type of service you would receive from a court clerk when you're paying a traffic ticket. I've been working for a Credit Union since 2010 and would never treat any Member, non-Member, CO-OP Member like an annoyance. In cases like these, I blame management and their lack of leadership. These ladies looked like they were all about that age when you're about to hang up the gloves and are showing up specifically for that paycheck. Not what Credit Unions ultimately stand for which is people helping people.

Had the worst, most demeaning, experience with F&A's loan department recently. They were very unprofessional with me and my husband, and someone within the company completely messed with our application and blamed us for lying when we submitted all the proof they needed. During these hard times and my long family history with F&A, I expected better. Thinking about closing our account because I could not believe what they did to us.

Been coming here since I was a kid! I know all the girls! They are all so friendly especially Roberta! I always enjoy coming in with my kids they especially love it when they have candy for them! I love that they give you pens and especially member appreciation with the In N Out Trucks! at their main office in Monterey Park! I absolutely love this credit union!

Service is always great. They just need to hire more tellers. They are always short staffed. It's the holidays and during lunch time this is what you walk into at 1:02pm... a long line. The women who work here are nice and super efficient but when there is a lot of customers, I'm not sure how they get a break. Just saying.

My husband and I drove to Whittier today from Yorba Linda. My husband was a fire captain for LA County Fire, and served at two stations in Whittier during his career, station 28 and station 17, so he enjoyed seeing that Whittier is still beautiful and that the same businesses are still thriving. We had to put our accounts into our new Family Trust. We enjoyed our drive, but we especially enjoyed "Denise" who helped us through all the paper work. She explained everything we needed to do, and was so kind. What a pleasant experience. Thank you Denise! We look forward to seeing you again.
