Cheap conventional oil change , wait time wasn't too bad and they have a waiting room which is convenient, I'll be returning here for my future oil changes.

Good service but they are SLOW. I used to work at a mechanics workshop for years doing oil changes and these folks are much-much slower, but I have no idea why they would be. The bays are open, they have pits and the right tools. So I’m not sure why an “express” lube shop would take almost 2 hours, when most express lube shops take about 15 minutes?
I mean they got the job done but I probably won’t be back. I came here thinking it would be a quick in and out thing. Nope.
UPDATE: downgrading to 1star. Took nearly 3 hours to do a basic LOAFer (Lube, Oil, Filter), and when I was done paying the premium price for this basic oil change, I was asked to walk all the way over to a totally separate car wash location not associated with the Castrol oil change location to pay for my oil change. Then I had to walk all the way back to prove to them that I paid for it. I gave this place a hell no out of five. I’m going to inspectors oil change because now I’m very dubious that they did it correctly.

Bring all my cars to this place. Fast and friendly service. Always get their synthetic oil change. Highly recommended. Prices are decent and not too overly priced. Especially for sameday service.

Pull up, tell them I need an oil change. He tells me the price, I say ok. He says I also get a free car wash, I say, great! Never once did he tell me I should change my air filter, light bulbs, battery, wipers, or any of that other stuff they try to sell you at those other places. One of the best experiences getting my oil changed.

This place should not be called "Express Lube". A more fitting name would be "Wait and more Lube". Took my vehicle in for an simple oil change. I was specifically told the whole job would be 20 minutes. I waited for almost 2 hours for the job to be complete. I got no apology, excuse or discount. I do not like being lied to, not given an apology and miscommunicated to. This is a bad business I would not recommend anyone to come here..Service: Oil change
